We recently used Wolds taxis for an airport transfer to Heathrow The vehicle was comfortable and spacious despite the 3 adults 4 children and accompanying luggage,push chair and overnight bags.
We were particularly impressed by our driver Lisa who was absolutely brilliant.
She drove very professionally and was very conscious that there were 4 children and a couple of pensioners on board!!!
She was clear that she would stop at any time if necessary and anticipated the needs of the children by arranging a timely stop She had a lovely friendly and good humoured manner at all times.The children loved her !

We booked with wolds travel a long way in advance, they messaged us to say the night before the time that they would be with us. Rhona arrived on time, was very efficient, getting us to the airport she was very friendly, on the way home after our holiday we had a text saying our driver was waiting for us. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

Steve was the ultimate professional in our long and sensitive trip to Bedford today.
He was ever the gentleman and I highly recommend and will be using this service again.

Absolutely brilliant. I have spent my life in customer service and this is some of the best.Not only did the same guy, Dan , who was absolutely brilliant do all runs for us but he also accomodated us leaving a bottle of gin in the taxi and the company facilitated a change of last run to an earlier time and made sure Dan picked us up. My outward and return journeys to and from Heathrow can be a month or so apart, yet I have always been met on time. My husband and I used Wolds Taxis to transport us to and from the airport. We were picked up from home on time and had a smooth journey to Manchester. The driver Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful, and the journey was very relaxed. On our return the driver was at the airport to meet us on time and transport us home even though it was the early hours of the morning.
I would highly recommend Wolds Taxis and will be using them again in the future. We changed the time for the Taxi and the office accommodated this for us.
