I just finished my 6 month mentorship with WNN properties. I feel that we received great value with this mentorship: training videos, tools, network, and deep dive zoom sessions. During my short time with WNN, I was able to close on two different rental properties in Kansas City, Missouri. I financed one property and bought another one with private money that we raised.

Prior to this course, I’ve never done any kind of out of state investing. However, this course gets you access to a fairly large network of vetted companies/individuals who are used to working with out of state real estate investors.

Although my time in this mentorship is complete, we have the benefit of still being able to utilize WNN in network people: investor friendly realtors, general contractors, property inspectors, loan officers/brokers, property management companies, and insurance agents.

The course does take effort on your part and a willingness to take action and to try to put new concepts into practice. Ensure you have good credit also before joining because you will need it—or I should say it is highly recommended.

Although the course isn’t cheap (you get what you pay for a lot of times), I do feel that I received more than my money’s worth for the duration of the mentorship. There is even a cool opportunity to fly up to Kansas City Missouri to look at properties in person and meet WNN team member affiliates.

Thank You WNN for all the value you provided. I’m getting ready to put in more reps and buy more properties. I hope to see you guys again on the commercial total immersion course in the near future!

WNN helped us take our real estate investing from analysis paralysis into action. Through accountability and actionable steps we managed to purchase our first (several) properties within the first 6 months! The support of the WNN advisors and the WNN community has given us the confidence to continue to grow and work towards financial freedom.

WNN's training program was the third program that I invested time and money into, but was the first one that established me as a real estate investor with a property.
The training/ coaching provided me with comprehensive guidance and support enabling me to acquire my first single family home rental property in Kansas City, Missouri although I lived in southern California. Working through the training and acquiring the property took me close to 6 months. I anticipate my next acquisition and also the time to get it rental ready onto the market will take less time, which positions me well for having at least three properties by the end of this calendar year...
Yes, I would recommend WNN to anyone who is looking to become a real estate investor with multiple properties in the Midwest marketplace.

Brandon is the best real estate coach I’ve had! From the start he was engaged and responsive to questions and challenges I was experiencing. His suggestions and insights were exactly what I was hoping from a mentor. His advice helped me work through the multiple market analysis and comparison, setting up a local team (since I’m in another state), deal underwriting and using the spreadsheets, making offers, due diligence and hurdles that were discovered during inspections, and ways to counter and suggestions on how to move forward. Lastly, Brandon didn’t show me how to buy a property, he helped me understand how to build a real estate business!!!! Lastly, his advice on making everything a learning experience was so on point to keeping my motivation up. I’m so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with him. I can’t thank him enough.

I spent years contiplating how I would get my investment journey started. I didnt know where to begin. I saw WNN advertised and because they were dealing with the same strategies that I was interested I decided to make my move. Im so glad I did. 1 year as a Real Estate Investor and I now own 4 single family homes with the help and guidance of the WNN mentorship.

If you want to learn a trusted way to start and grow your investing, this is it! No experience or education needed. They take the guess work out of everything. They hold your hand the entire way, step by step, while at the same time teaching you, building your confidence, and making you believe in yourself. This has been an amazing journey so far, and I’m just beginning. The community, along with CJ, Jasmine, and my mentor Brandon, are genuinely invested in my success. Such support has made me feel that there are no limits to what I can achieve. While it’s not always easy, knowing the community wants me to succeed makes a significant difference.

My only regret about the event is that I didn't attend these events sooner. Being there in person and interacting with the WNN mentors and community makes such a big difference in learning and attaining the info when it comes to analyzing deals, building a team, PML and closing on deals. Big shout-out to the mentors and the WNN community.

I first found WNN Properties on social media after diving into a few real estate books. The books promised that if you followed this system or that process, then the results would follow—but it was hard for me to trust a process I hadn’t been through yet. I joined the program convinced that there had to be something they were doing right and figured, what do I have to lose?

I quickly realized that "trusting the process" meant getting to work. At the start, the new lingo and the sheer magnitude of the undertaking were overwhelming. To keep up, I had to change some daily habits and introduce much-needed boundaries in the house and at work to balance late-night deal analysis with early-morning phone calls. I started putting in the "reps.”

The magic of the mentorship is the perfect blend of support and tough love. The advisors are incredible cheerleaders, but they also know exactly when to push you into that awkward, uncomfortable place where growth actually happens. Because my confidence hadn't even begun to grow in those early days, the community was my safety net. I leaned on their collective experience and borrowed their certainty until that confidence finally became my own.

Fast forward exactly three months: I’ve just closed on my first out-of-state rental property. While I’m thrilled about the keys, the house isn’t actually the biggest win. The real victory is the confidence I developed and living the same ”I can do hard things" mindset I try to model for my kids. If you’re looking for a program that delivers a tangible asset and the blueprint to actually handle it, this is it.

If you ever wanted to invest in out of state properties but find it intimidating- WNN is there to help get you on track and help you get it done. The trainings, meetings and the one on one coaching along with a warm inviting engaging community helped make my desire to buy outside of California a reality opening a door I was starting to think I’d never get through. With little to no knowledge of the real estate world, I dove head first into investing and I will never look back. And honestly, I absolutely wish I had started sooner. BUT, I’m glad I started now. Better late than never!

I have been wanting to buy a house for many years, but never quite knew how to do it with confidence. I have used mentorships and coaching for many things in my life, but this was the first one for real estate. I did need a lot of handholding just to feel confident but every step of the way the mentorship gave me the confidence no matter what came up. They knew what to do. Especially for out of state real estate investing. It was very helpful and the confidence was needed. I do recommend this program if you do have interest in buying real estate and out of state real estate. Took a few months, but I actually closed on the house on the last day of 2025, which was my goal to get a house in the last quarter.

I was honestly a little nervous when my husband first told me about WNN. I’ve owned businesses before and have been burned by things that sounded too good to be true, so I went in with my guard up, wondering if it might be some kind of scam. It turns out it was the exact opposite!

My husband is a UPS Feeder driver, and when he found out that several people in the group (including the owner) also have UPS ties, he lit up and said, “If they can do it, I can do it too!” That was all the motivation he needed.

On the very first call they promised they could teach us how to buy properties with 0% down using private money lending and legal creative financing—and they’ve absolutely delivered. After doing our own due diligence, we signed up for the six-month mentorship program and have never looked back.

The training is incredible: videos, worksheets, buy-box tools, deal-evaluation guidance, and an entire team ready to help with anything you need. There are Zoom deep-dive calls almost every day of the week where you can bring your deals, your questions, or your roadblocks and work through them live with coaches and other members. It feels like having a whole real estate company in your corner.

In October we flew out to meet everyone in person, walked through properties together, analyzed deals side-by-side, and left even more excited than when we arrived. The people in this community are genuinely some of the kindest, most supportive folks we’ve ever met.

Our coach Brandon has the patience of a saint—he happily answered my avalanche of beginner questions without ever making me feel silly. CJ’s team also includes experienced agents who actually understand creative financing (which is huge, because most agents don’t), plus property managers, inspectors, contractors, lenders—literally everything you need, already vetted and in place whether you’re in the training phase or ready to invest anywhere in the country.

What I love most is that everyone teaching this is actively doing it themselves. They’re not just selling a course; they’re building wealth right alongside us and pulling us up with them.
If you’re on the fence like I was, I get it. But WNN has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our family’s future. We’re so grateful to be part of this group.
