Having read all the reviews on this company I was worried. My elderly mother had somehow signed up for this service (thinking it was a savings account that she was paying into) and they had been taking £15 from her debit card number for a while. I phoned her bank to stop the monthly D/Deb from her card. The bank knew of this company and gave me a telephone number to call them to ensure everything was cancelled from both ends. They could not have been more helpful. They immediately refunded the last three months payments that had been taken from my mothers account (all the lady answering was authorised to refund) and she then sent us a form to complete asking for the rest of the payments my mother had unknowingly paid to be refunded (as my mother had NEVER used this service she was mistakenly paying for). Form completed and sent back to the company and today 21 x £15 of repayments were repaid into my mothers bank account. I was totally impressed by the honest service I received from this company and can only say to those who think its a scam.....contact them and go through the correct procedure and they will put right any mistaken deductions of money from your bank account.

This Company is a scam. Taken money from my account. I don’t even know who they are. They seem to be attaching themselves when I made an online transaction. Informed my card issuer . It’s getting to this stage that anyone can take money out of your account with loopholes. SCAM

Woke up this morning to find this company has taken money from my account.
I have no idea who they are.
I have never signed up to anything or bought anything related to them.

Very disappointed in this company bought a pizza on line and i have dispraxia they have taken 45pounds out of my account within 2 months

Beware, complete scam! They attach themselves when you make another unrelated online purchase and take a £15 monthly fee.
If you notice emails from these parasites in your junk mail, you are probably being scammed by them as well.

I apparently signed up for this con without any knowledge of signing up for their ‘subscription membership’ when buying a card through Moonpig. Never received an email from them to tell me I had this ‘membership’ first I knew was a charge on my credit card. I was unable to cancel my ‘membership’ as I did not have a ‘membership’ number. The credit card company were less than helpful. Don’t get conned like me.

tried to say I had signed up while online shopping, only the details they had and the account they stole money out of were totally different to the card/account actually used for online stuff !

Scam website I take a look at my bank statement and I found that they charged my 19,29€ for sh**

Scam site you find yourself signed up when ordering products over the net. Be warned.
