Recently purchased for teen.
Teen report - Good laptop, decent quality, good price. Happy teen.

From beginning to end they've gone above and beyond for me, especially James who was really quick with responding and helping me out. My old address was used as I forgot to update my PayPal, but they were more than happy to resolve that for me instantly. When I received my gaming PC from them, they upgraded my graphics card to latest version, and in excellent condition. Amazing customer service, amazing experience, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent, coming back for more

This is the second all in one I have purchased from WJM Tech. First was on 11-03-2020. An HP Prodesk 800 G1. In more than 5 years it has been faultless.
The only reason I have replaced it is because it wont take Windows11. I hope the replacement is as reliable

They were helpful when I was choosing my computer and when I had further questions about it. It's a smart looking computer and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Honestly great value for money, great upgrades came with it for good value, only downside didn't realise such an old gen pc being fourth gen but part from that works runs smoothly would recommend!

I got given the wrong case and I got given a broken WiFi dongle but I asked the company and they answered quickly and they gave me a better WiFi dongle and they gave me 1 TB for the case

We have had nothing but trouble le with out PC. Unable to run updates as it seems the OS is a copy and not genuine. Multiple issues and no way of contacting the supplier.

The PC has now crashed and will not power on. Stating a memory issue.

This is a business PC and I'm no longer able to run my business.

I have given my purchase 4 stars which would have been closer to 5 stars had I not have had the issues which admittedly minor for me but could have potentially problematic for someone else without having knowledge in computers.

receiving the package very quickly since purchasing, I was a little concerned that there was no packaging inside the actual case to protect the components inside.

When I first booted up the system one of the front fans made a concerning noise, at first this could have been what I thought to be a bad bearing given it's a refurbished system. Upon further inspection it turns out that one of the power cables leading to the GPU was barely touching the fan blades.

This might have been avoided if there was packaging inside the case for transit, or possibly, this may have been there since it was built.

I actually received a better system than what I had paid for, with an upgrade in the CPU from an, I7 4700 - I7 6700, and GDDR 4 RAM sticks instead of GDDR3.

However looking further into the system, with the upgrade in the CPU and the GPU having GDDR6 VRAM speeds, the GDDR4 RAM running at 2133Mhz became a bottleneck for the system. To resolve this issue I suggest going for a higher speed RAM still within the same price bracket, being Crucial RAM GDDR4 that can run at 3800Mhz, whilst not impacting the price, in some cases possibly being cheaper.

I also had another issue which I believe would have been overlooked as it's not something you think about when setting up a system where windows would automatically install required system drivers.
I had to look and find the PCI memory controller drivers from intel, as these had not been installed, whether this is an oversite from the company or windows just not doing what it should, I don't know.

After using this system for roughly two weeks, I have not had any issues with it other than those mentioned above, and I appreciate the refurbishing of systems as this is a great way to sell to consumers at a lower price than MSRP.

In summary I would highly suggest WJM Tech as their prices are fair, the overall build quality is good, the parts are genuine (upon my own testing). Performance is very good minus that bottle neck of the RAM. I think for a good basis for "Starter" rigs you don't need to look much further.
