I had an excellent experience with Travis. He was prompt on all the questions I had with answers. He gave me the exact timelines. Moreover, he was kind enough to give a call and let me know the tickets were confirmed. This is the kind of customer service that would make repetitive customers.

For the few dollars you save, it just isn't worth using this site. I did by mistake and didn't notice until I saw that even using my airline card, the checked baggage was not free, as the airline would have been. So I rebooked through the airline itself, and then when I went to cancel, I was put on "hold" for 10 minutes while the agent (Andy) had to check it out before he could finalize my cancellation. He had an accent and was difficult to understand. He kept having excuses for keep me on hold. Said he'd send an email and I could cancel, but finally did. He said it would take 7-10 days to get to the bank. I finally received the email he sent, and then the next morning had another (very obscure) email with a "required" response of "I agree" to the questions "Do you want to cancel this reservation?" The name "Wizfair" only appeared in small print on the bottom of that email Would have been easy to miss, then I would have missed my 24 our refundable period. The entire cancellation process took over 15 minutes by phone. No email cancellation options exist.
I believe this is a fraudulent site, because they make it very difficult to cancel any reservations within the 24hour refund period. Avoid at all costs!

Haven't taken the flight yet, but the ticket purchasing experience was great. I accidentally booked the wrong departure date, called in, was able to speak to a person quickly, and Dexter was very helpful in helping me change the ticket to the right date for minimal cost. I've used much more expensive airlines where it's impossible to get a human on the phone, so overall was left with a positive impression.

We had a really difficult day because our 5:23 AM flight was canceled without any prior notification, and we were never informed about the change. We went to the assigned gate, only to be told by the airline staff that it was not the correct flight, which left us completely shocked, confused, and stressed. I immediately called the booking help line, where I was connected with Cody, who was absolutely outstanding. He remained incredibly patient, understanding, and professional throughout the entire call, carefully listened to our situation, and worked tirelessly to find us an alternative flight. His calm attitude, empathy, and dedication turned a very stressful experience into a manageable one. I am sincerely grateful for all the support Cody provided and truly appreciate the exceptional customer service he delivered. Thank you so much, Cody, for your patience, kindness, and for going above and beyond to help us during such a difficult situation.
