Do not use! Still waiting after 4 weeks, no response to e mails.

I’ve stupidly ordered with this company and still not had my order and had no reply from the company I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered with them.

I’ve gone through PayPal as a dispute to get a refund hopefully .DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

I placed my order 12.12.22 still not received it, ive messaged on Facebook and sent numerous emails with no response, disgraceful

If I could I would give them no stars at all. Ordered a gift for my wife on 8/12/22 absolutely nothing. No communication so I contacted them and got a stock email reply saying "Thanks for understanding" nothing else, no explanation, nothing. I'm now going through PayPal to get a resolution. Bloomin awful!!!!

Says UK on web address but clearly not. Still waiting for order placed in Nov! ( its now Jan 23 ) Over a week to respond to emails, utter shambles , avoid at all costs

I placed an order on 11th December 2022, still not arrived, everytime I email they send an automated reply therefore no one is in their customer service, surely they can't be allowed to trade if they can't deliver!!!

Placed order on 9th December for 3 Xmas presents and yet to receive them. Sent plenty of emails and Facebook messages all of which have been ignored.

Please avoid at all costs . Quick to take your money . Brought items middle of November . Never received. No response to emails. Chasing refund through PayPal buyers protection .

Dogsh!t company most likely a scam. Ordered the owl gloves on 13th December for Christmas. Nothing sent. No replies to my emails. Won’t see my 25 quid again! W⚓️s

I placed an order on 13 September and still have not received my goods. I have sent them an email to chase this. My next step is to look into this company further as they seem to take a lot of people's money without delivering the goods which I'm pretty sure is illegal!!
Please avoid this company

Unfortunately despite several communications, I did not receive 2 rings ordered well before Xmas. The Hermes tracking number was not recognised and I have yet to have response to my request for a refund!!!

Order placed on 29th of November, haven't received it yet. Very disappointed.

Zero stars. Bought a Xmas gift on 6th Dec not arrived and payment made !! Should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook !! Very disappointed

Took 5 weeks to arrive just chucked into a plastic bag will not buy from you again

I ordered a special xmas decoration for my mum to give to her as my dad (her husband) passed away in her arms suddenly in March this year. This was our first xmas without him. When the decoration finally arrived it was already damaged in the packaging. Who puts one of those in a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or cardboard to protect it? It looked like it had been squashed by the delivery driver. Anyway I have sent pictures and I have had no reply to any of my emails what so ever! This is truly heartbreaking 💔 especially as this was for my mum to try to cheer her up as best as I could this xmas. I also feel very deflated, as when I opened it, my heart just sank to see it damaged like that. So to be ignored is truly disgusting behaviour! I will never order from this company again! The customer service is 0 out of 10! I had left it till now to write a review, giving them chance to resolve the situation but absolutely no response at all!

Taken my money, no delivery, no refund, no response from them.
Just don’t use them

Order placed beginning of December no goods received tracking says arrived in the country but has been in the sorting centre since 23rd December both were Christmas presents for my sons will never buy from this company again

Totally misleading Wishpocket post on Facebook, the gloves are NOT hand knitted, NOT Cashmere and look more like ROADKILL than OWLS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Gave one star as unable to give zero. I ordered a ring in October 2022 and have still not received the ring despite contacting customer service several times with no replies.

Ordered three rings received two. Have contacted them numerous times to no avail.
