DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. In my view it is a online shopping scam. I bought a dog towel. When after many weeks it was eventually delivered I found the product did not meet the quality described on their online site. It was
little better than a tea towel with a piece of string. I believe a fair price for this product would be about £2.00. I had to battle for a compromise refund, Wishisland just procrastinated and wriggled for months. Every excuse in the book, plus many more inventive reasons. I wish I had been wise enough to read the Trustpilot reports before I ordered. I repeat my view is THIS IS AN ONLINE SHOPPING SCAM. DON'T BUY FROM WISHLANDS.

Awful/Non-existent customer service! Incorrect Item received.
Ordered the 'wrap' style pet bathrobe x 2, and received one 'wrap' and one 'tie'. Wishislands support asked me to provide photos of the 'tie'/incorrect item which I did gladly, and they then sent me a photo of the 'wrap' item telling me that they had checked with the warehouse and definitely sent me the correct item even though the photos are completely different. Since then it's been back and forth for over a week so far with excuses and subterfuge, all to avoid simply shipping me what I ordered. Original website led me to think the company was in Beaconsfield, item shipped from America and support appears to be China or east-Asia somewhere. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to take a chance that you receive the right items first time.

On NO account buy from this company! Not least because you’re unlikely to get anything from them except excuses.

After my first review and letting them know I’m going to notify trading standards I received an email saying would I accept them sending the item again.like a fool I agreed and now I am back where I was with the first order in December. Messages all virtually saying the same please wait to hear from tracking company what a load of nonsense. These people should be outed so nobody else falls for their scams

Waited over 7 weeks for delivery of a dog towel, no indication this item is beeing shipped from the USA! Checking the tracking number they have supplied the item has been in the UK for over 10 days waiting for delivery. The customer service is in Singapore, they have an address in Beaconsfield and a UK mobile which is not taking messages. I have applied to PayPal for a refund. TOTAL SCAM

I wouldn't give say stars if I could. I ordered the doggy blanket back in November 2021. Still not recieved as if 14.02.22. I've emailed the company on numerous occasions, each reply is asking me to check with the Post Office / Hermes. Of course the Hermes tracking reference isn't recognised! Total scam and no doubt will never see my money or the blanket. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two dog blankets at the beginning of December and now over 2 months it’s still not here and apparently the parcel is in Oxford where it’s been for the passed month. I’ve contacted the tracking service in January who insisted it was on its way but a month later, my order has still not arrived.

I’ve just emailed Wishisland and waiting for a response. If I don’t hear anything very soon I will be contacting Paypal and if I have no luck, I will be taking the matter further.

Total scammers by the looks of it. Do not buy from them!

After ordering a dog drying coat and not receiving it 2 months later I emailed the company and then read the reviews.
All if them say the same thing as I am now experiencing, so I have contacted trading standards.

I ordered a dog bath robe in early January.I later read the reviews for wishislands and was concerned.My worries were not justified as my order came and was of good quality.The tracking system was great and kept me informed at all times . The order came from USA and did take almost three weeks to arrive.As neither myself or my dog were in no particular hurry ,this was of no consequence. If you want next day delivery you will be disappointed,otherwise ,no problem.

these con artists advertise as a UK company, but in fact thats just where one of the chinese owners has an address which they've used

These shabby rags, they refer to them as dog towels, are chinese made and are of a poor quality fabric if you'd call it fabric.

84% of bad reviews clearly shows you they are only interested in grabbing our money and legging it

Bought dog drying towel which was sub standard and not wanted. Despite their returns policy they wouldn't accept it as a return.
Very overpriced for the quality and would not but from again

Total bunch of W*****S. Do not use. Been waiting for over a month for item to arrive. 1st item still in Cardiff for over 3 weeks now, apparently!! Can't send tracking info on replacement item sent as it has "not been issued by the courier".
I use couriers every day and tracking numbers are issued instantly.

A complete scam. Ordered on January 1st and still no indication of delivery. Emails to request more info or cancellation process are responded to with a tracking order page which tells you absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE. And what a waste of £20!

I ordered 2 dog robes before Christmas and was led to believe they were a UK company. I had no communication from the company about the delivery, so I eventually emailed them to cancel the order as these were Christmas presents, at which point they advised me that the order couldn't be cancelled as it had been shipped. I then started to get emails from parcel tracking companies asking for my card details to track the parcel- which I didn't give. I opened a case with paypal resolution, but the parcel eventually arrived in January, so the resolution case was closed. There was no paperwork with the parcel to return them and I have emailed the company 3 times and not had a response. I was originally told that the company was based in Singapore and the parcel was being shipped from China. ******Do not order from them******. The matter has now been passed to trading standards.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dog drying robe and on checking my Paypal account and finding an additional £4.80 "tax" had been added to the price I paid immediately realised I was not dealing with a UK company. I instantly emailed requesting cancellation. There followed an exchange of emails over the following 2 days where they repeatedly offered to pay half the tax and I repeatedly requested cancellation before they finally informed me it had been sent already so they were unable to cancel! There is no way that it was sent before they were aware that I wished to cancel the order, and in fact the first tracking email to say it had shipped was in the evening, 2 days after I first tried to cancel. These people are masters at procrastination and delaying tactics! When the item finally arrived 2 weeks later it was far too big for my dog and I am now trying to send it back. Despite their "returns policy" on their website, they are now refusing to allow me to do this on the grounds that they sent the size I ordered. I currently have an email trail of 20 exchanges and hold out little hope of getting my money back. Oh - and by the way - the drying robe is made of a flimsy, strange feeling material which doesn't feel as if it would be very absorbent, and is certainly not worth what I paid for it!

I wrote a review on here a few weeks ago that was really critical. I had been charged for tax unexpectedly for a dog towel and been told by the company I couldn't have a refund for the full amount even though I had requested this within the required 24 hours. They did say they would give the tax back as it was a system error. Also their system showed the wrong size ordered but they said they'd made sure the right size was sent. I thought it was a con and asked paypal for a refund which was refused as the extra was tax. I thought I had lost my money. Then the tax was credited back by the company. And I got regular emails telling me the item was en route from USA and where. I remained cynical. Two days ago it arrived, was the right size and I'm delighted. Might even order another one! You may not believe this but for those of you waiting, hopefully your goods will turn up.

Ordered 3rd December, nothing received so far.
I have had a lot of correspondence with their 'shipping partners' who have advised tracking numbers however these show differing information from delivered to neighbor or arrived at airport.
There is no indication where you are ordering from when placing the order, you only find this out later. I am also expecting this to be a scam as I am getting differing locations when asking where they are based.

I ordered a dog towelling robe for my dog start of Dec 2021, still haven't received it.
Have had lots of chats and apparently it was delivered to the wrong address,,, REALLY!!
I've asked for a refund but I'm not hopeful.
Definitely WONT use them again.

DO NOT USE!!! I made the mistake of ordering a dog towel robe from this company/seller before reading the Trust Pilot reviews. It’s now been over a month and still not received the item. I’ve emailed them on several occasions without satisfaction. Shipped from US from Chinese company. Lesson learnt. Beginning to think this is a scam.
