Carl Bowler came highly recommended from our new build developer and was initially super responsive. I was disappointed to find that after an initial phone call which came quickly after my initial enquiry I was well and truly ghosted. Would definitely not recommend - disappears when a mortgage application isn’t straightforward instead of explaining the situation.

Was really disappointed with our experience here, more so because Carl came highly recommended.
We had a small financial issue which may have affected an offer and rather than try to help, or be honest and say sorry it can't happen and offer some advice on how to overcome it, we got radio silence. Our emails, calls and messages went ignored. Luckily we found another firm which helped us buy our dream home.
