This feels like a completely fraudulent experience. I ordered an iPhone 17 that was clearly shown as in stock, paid the full amount, and waited an entire week for delivery. They suddenly tell me it’s actually not in stock and that I have to wait another month before deliveries even start.

I told them to cancel the order immediately. They confirmed the cancellation and promised I would receive a full refund within 14 days.

Well, it has now been 30 days, and I still haven’t received a single cent.

I am absolutely furious, and I am preparing to take legal action if this is not resolved immediately.

Its a totally FRAUD company. After accepting my orders (order # 0179141 to 0179144) they asked for advance payment which was made. Its been more than a week and no products arrived. They gave me a TCS tracking number (779413177829) which (according to TCS) was for a shipment still NOT handed over to TCS Express Shipping. When I asked for a refund, I was given bullshit like "Due Process' and "hopefully" and "as per procedure" but no refund!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

I was ordered a mobile on 25 August and expected delivery time on September 1st but it has still not delivered also they do not provide customer support I tried to contact him but they cannot answer any emails or messages totally a waste of time and awful experience.

The website I used was not very good. It was hard to search for things, which is a basic feature that should work well. What else can you expect from a Lahori Startup. The website just felt poorly designed and made me frustrated trying to find what I needed. Even though the people behind it may have good intentions, they clearly didn't focus enough on making it easy for users like me to navigate and find what we're looking for. I wouldn't recommend this website to others based on my disappointing experience with it.
