Placed an order impossible to get a delivery date sent two emails left messages no one calls you back spent over an hour on three separate occasions on the phone .
Hopefully I will get my delivery soon as it is now over the expected time they stated
Finally order received after getting through to Andy I initially gave one star because of lack of communication please answer emails and call customers back. I will give three stars because of Andy he has called today to make sure delivery was expected. thank you Andy .

Absolutely appalling company to deal with. How they have managed to scam so many people is mind-boggling. I have been trying to chase up my order for months, emails and calls go unanswered. Do not use this company if you do not want to be scammed.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This company is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to deal with. They are selling products they don’t even have in stock, and unfortunately, I found this out the hard way.
I purchased a bathroom products over a month ago, and I’m still waiting. Despite being told repeatedly that my order has been dispatched, it never arrives.
Their customer service is non-existent. I have spent hours trying to get through to them on the phone, by email and on webchat, but no one ever answers or replies. After more than 20 minutes of waiting on the phone, I’m met with an automated message and then disconnected. It’s beyond frustrating.
What makes it worse is the lack of any apology, follow-up, or accountability once you finally do manage to speak to someone. The ARROGANCE of this company is ASTONISHING. They clearly do not care about their customers or the inconvenience they cause.
Looking at their glowing 5-star reviews, it’s hard to believe they’re genuine. Either these reviews are completely fabricated or bought, because there is NO WAY they reflect the reality of the experience I—and many others—have had with this company.
I REGRET not doing my research before purchasing, and I hope my review helps others avoid making the same mistake. Please, if you’re considering ordering from this company—DON’T. You’ll save yourself a lot of time, stress, and frustration.

Wise Bathrooms are scammers
Wise Bathrooms is a scam and a fraud. They sell products they don’t have in stock, As a shop/company they don’t actually exist. Google map the address. It is just a house.They pretend to be multiple businesses online and on eBay. They lie to customers and pretend they are doing favours and that things are dispatched when they know the item doesn’t even exist. They are impossible to get hold of or communicate with. I had to raise a case with PayPal to get my refund. If I had paid by card I would never have got my money back. If you buy from this company you will be lucky if you ever get the item and if you do it will take months to arrive and may well be damaged. I believe they post fake 5 star reviews on here to dilute the bad ones. But if you look there are plenty.

All problems with a refund have been sorted. Andy the Senior Manager picked up the problem this afternoon and made the refund straight away. He is obviously someone trying hard to improve the reputation of Wise Bathrooms and I am grateful for that.

After experiencing terrible problems with the delivery of my tap (couriers fault not Wise Bathrooms) Taj stepped in and sorted it out swiftly. Huge shout out to Taj for being proactive and incredibly helpful. Thanks Taj!
AVOID
AVOID! They are scammers, had to chase and call multiple times, half the order has arrived late and still waiting to the other half, the guy on the phone is lying to us and now we are stuck with a half finished bathroom. They don’t answer the phone half of the times and when they do they just give you excuses…

All thanks to Andy for such a prompt responses to sorting out a refund and on a Sunday afternoon too. Here is a manager clearly concerned with the well being of his business and and working hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed in the service. No communication. The delivery was late and I had to call as they didn’t reply to my first email. They then gave me a delivery date of Friday to Monday and it came on a Thursday

Our product was on a 4 weeks lead time from every supplier we contacted, wise bathrooms managed to have it delivered in 2 weeks which was great as our plumber was leaving.
Communication was awful
Communication was awful. I needed to add a waste as I forgot to add onto my order but this meant the order took weeks to be delivered. They said we would be called to make delivery arrangements but the driver arrived with no prior communication. The waste was not sent out and it was so painful to get this done. Now it’s finally been fitted and I wish I’d never bought it, the quality is rubbish for any price but especially the amount we paid for it.

Terrible experience so far. The item I ordered 9 days ago has not arrived and I’ve not had a message to confirm it’s been dispatched. I got one when I phoned today but it doesn’t allow me to track the item. Charging £9.99 for postage is a rip off.
