From the first phone call till I met with my counsellor, every one was so polite and helpful.
My councillor, was great knew how to talk to me and what to talk about and when to ask the right questions, to get most out of me.

Highly recommend the service from Wisdom Wellbeing. When I was unable to access the support from management I was able to debrief and receive genuine counsel with life long insights, tools and strategies that will support me in my work and personal life. Just had 6 sessions through Wisdom…
Just had 6 sessions through Wisdom Wellbeing and I can honestly say I was abit sceptical about doing online counselling sessions but to my surprise it felt just like it would if it was in-person. My counsellor Mansi was able to provide alot of different exercises to help me through my difficulties and she really listened and communicated with my needs. Highly recommend to everyone to seek counselling. If you are someone short on time and don't think online counselling will help, trust me it is just as good as if you were in a room, in-person by going through Wisdom Wellbeing

My Wisdom Wellbeing experience
My experience with my wisdom wellbeing my Counsellor Kimberley was amazing and I only wish I could have had more sessions than 6 sessions with her, she was so easy to talk too. My initial intake was a little confusing as the approach was a bit different to what I had experienced with EAP providers before. Very disappointed I was not able to access much needed couples counselling half way through due to a silly policy but overall my experience was a majority positive one.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service we have received has been great, turn-a-round time has been very fast and extremely professional. Our first contact was with Cuba G, he not only went through the presentation thoroughly but provided excellent information and explained the process in-depth. I then received a welcome phone call from Sajidah K who was delightful and very helpful. Very happy with Wisdom Wellbeing.

Great Experience
Although at the time I was simply looking for a standard package of information and quote, I was glad that Wisdom Wellbeing insisted on a one-to-one initial discussion to understand our needs and be able to fully explain their services and model. Casey was friendly and relatable and did a fantastic job of clearly explaining the service we would get, the pricing model and answering all of my questions. The follow up was done well and not pushy. Really looking forward to working with Wisdom Wellbeing as EAP for our workforce.
