Good reasons to support an independent bookshop
Website was easy to browse the shelves and I found the three completely different books that I was looking for. Ordering was straightforward, the payment secure and email confirmation reassuring. Delivery time spot-on. The pleasure of receiving books from Winstones is in the way they are packed … one of the many good reasons to support an independent bookshop.

you found all the books I wanted but suggested an alternate child's book to the one I ordered as it is out of print. Very pleased with the substitute as I am sure my granddaughter will be when she opens it on Christmas Day.
The icing on the cake is to have a delivery to the door which is much appreciated. Merry Christmas to you all!

Jumbled address
Order dealt with briskly as usual, nicely wrapped and posted to our granddaughter...but there was a problem with addressing the parcel which had two different addresses mixed together on the label. Fortunately, the Royal Mail chose the right destination and the parcel arrived on time.
