It was so easy to order the vouchers and my niece had no problem collecting them from your shop. My nephew used half of the voucher straight away and was delighted with his purchase. My family in Sherborne love your shop and I would not hesitate to buy vouchers from you again.

Knowing what a great selection of books they have, I emailed through the website requesting book tokens to be sent. The reply was swift and to my amazement, they arrived the same day. A brilliant service, and thank you Winstone’s Book Shop.

What an enterprising bookshop . Their shop window display draws you into investigate further. Putting on a book signing session is a real treat with a great fan base. Well done them.

The only down-side was the length of time it took for the gift voucher to arrive. Second class signed for is really unhelpful, especially if you're out all day. As it comes in an ordinary envelope it fits through the letterbox so signed for is unnecessary. A choice of postage methods and prices would have been better.

Winstone's is not only a lovely, welcoming shop to spend time in, but there is always someone knowledgeable to give friendly advice if needed. The selection of books is comprehensive for a small shop and any books that are ordered arrive very promptly.

I've never ordered from Winstones Books before, but I'm very impressed with the customer service. There was a slight delay in getting book, due to publisher re-print, but I was updated throughout process. Nice to see re-use of cardboard for packaging, lovely book and presented beautifully on delivery. Will definitely use Winstones again

The store is one of our favourites for Sunday shopping.
We acquired a few books and games for our niece on our trip there.
There have been a few cases where the books were momentarily out of stock, but they ordered them and ship them directly to the customer's home without any problems.

Excellent local bookstore! Their resident staff give an enjoyable experience for book lovers.
The creative way the buyers stock the shelves is one of my favourite parts of this store.
There are famous titles, but there are also a few that break from the standard and catch your attention.
They are not ""average,"" whether they are works of fiction or nonfiction. I was continually shooting book covers to remember what I wanted to buy on future visits.
