Angus was great to deal with.
Angus was great to deal with, the freight company took some time to deliver it I have put that down to the pre-Christmas rush. Wheelset arrived in perfect condition and I have had a couple of rides on them so far. Visually they look well made. I look forward to accumulating more Kms on these wheels

Excellent wheels, need white decals and better comms.
Great product, excellent in fact.
But the communications could be improved.
The site says the wheels will ship 14 days after the order is received, but it is disconcerting that we have not received a single email or update before then.
The wheels are fantastic. The only thing that would make them better would be if they had white or another choosable colour decals instead of invisible black.
They are strong, look great, and make the right noises while riding or free wheeling.

Rim brake wheels are just not worth it
TLDR; disc brake wheels= yes, rim rakes = dont.
Overall, I probably wouldn't buy another pair, maybe if I was riding discs.
My experience: fair price, relatively quick shipping to EUROPE, 2-3day response time on support over email, lightweight responsive wheels that climb and ride flats excellent (38mm).. however, I overcooked my rim brake wheels on short but fast descent in 20 to 30seconds, TWICE. And yes, I know how to brake and I'm only around 76-77kg (+7.2kg on the bike). I wrote them on support email to change my wheels the second time but I was 1 or 2 months over the warranty and they would not send me another front wheel.
Its a good wheelset, but not worth it on rim brakes. Breaking surface is just too weak, it lasted cca. 8 months of training and two races (and one had almost no descents)😅

It did take some time to get to me the gravel wheels were out of stock. And the wrong choice of Australian courier (Aramex) which I strongly recommend not to use that couriers in future. Other than that Angus and the team were great to deal with . Soon as I had a problem they were straight into it sorting it out for me. Great communication and fast to reply. Highly recommend winspace au… oh and the wheels are spectacular, but I already knew that it’s my 3rd pair

The help with specing these wheels to an older bike was spot on. Angus made the experience seamless and was always very helpful. Then there was the time between pushing the buy button and them landing on my door step...amazing! 12 noon Fri to my place 9 in the morning MON... Wow
