Affiliate commissions unpaid for 4 months — no response to inquiries
I've been running affiliate campaigns for Windsor.ai and have referred paying customers consistently since March 2026. Four commission periods are still sitting in my dashboard marked "Pending" with no payment date:
March 2026 — $12.07
April 2026 — $72.25
May 2026 — $47.47
June 2026 — $47.47
Total: $179.26
Their published payout terms are clear: monthly, Net-30, paid the following month on the 30th, provided the balance exceeds $20 and the affiliate has at least 2 paying customers. Every period listed meets both conditions. By those terms, March through May are all past due — March by roughly four months.
My PayPal payout method is configured in the dashboard and I've never received any notice of a problem with it, a missing tax form, or a verification issue. Nothing on my end explains the delay.
I emailed the affiliate team twice asking for a payment date and whether anything was blocking the payout. Neither email received a reply. The commissions simply accumulate in "Pending" with an empty "Paid at" column.
This review is about the affiliate program specifically, not the product — the analytics tool may work fine for its users. But if you're considering promoting Windsor.ai: understand that in my experience the published payout terms were not honored, and support did not respond when asked about it. Get written confirmation of payout timing before you invest traffic or ad spend.
I'll gladly update this review if the commissions are paid.

Thank you for raising this, and we're sorry that your earlier emails went unanswered. That part is on us and we're addressing it.
For anyone else reading: this is not a payout-processing delay. When we reviewed the account, Windsor.ai was being promoted through a coupon and deals site presenting "deals" and savings that did not correspond to any actual offer. Our Partner Program terms, which every partner accepts at signup, do not permit promotion through coupon or deal sites, or advertising discounts and savings we have not authorized. Commissions generated that way are not payable under the agreement, which is why these were held rather than paid.
We've now contacted you directly by email with the full explanation.

Buggy, support are dismissive & dont offer good solutions to simple troubleshooting issues.
Alternatives like Supermetrics are a lot stronger, despite being a much higher price.

Read Only - Very Disappointed.
I purchased an annual plan, thinking that Windsor could write as well as read to Google Ads (it was not clear on their website that it would only read). I immediately requested a refund and for my account to be closed, as I really needed write capabilities. They steadfastly refused the refund. Pretty poor form. Would not recommend.

For accuracy: we didn't advertise write capabilities before they launched, and at the time of your review the first Google Ads write actions were already rolling out. In the weeks right after, we released exactly what you described needing: creating campaigns, ad groups and ads, editing budgets and bidding strategies, and managing keywords. We do take the point that our plan comparison left room for assumptions, that's fair feedback. On the refund, our terms make all sales final and we apply them consistently to every customer. On the substance: the Salesforce connector has had a significant round of improvements since early June, including Opportunity Record Type and OpportunityLineItem support, campaign hierarchy fields, and reliability fixes, with more on the roadmap. Your point on documentation and templates is fair, and it has gone to the team. On refunds, our terms do make all sales final, we state this openly and apply it to everyone equally. If you tell us what was missing for your Salesforce use case, we'll answer honestly whether it's covered now.
I got scammed by their customer support!
I tried to cancel my subscription before a succesful charge for a yearly subscription. I was receiving an error that i cant cancel since my card expired. Customer care assured me there will be no extra charge.
But again a yearly subscription was paid. I asked for a refund but cutomer care said that their charges are final and I am unable to receive one. It is ilegal according to EU Law not to offer a refund in 15 days time after charge (i wrote them the second day).
Horrible!

Hi Vlad, you were right on this one. When you asked us to cancel on 21 May, we told you that you could leave the unpaid renewal alone and that it would cancel itself after a few retries. That advice was wrong: the retry succeeded five days later and you were charged for the full year. We have refunded the 228 USD and the subscription is cancelled. The part we most need to fix is that when you came back and pointed at that conversation, the refund was declined on policy grounds without anyone checking it, so we are changing both the advice we give about failed renewals and how we handle a refund request that refers to something we promised earlier. Sorry for the time this took, and thank you for pressing on it.
The app halucinates, and they do not give refunds
The app halucinates. They will charge you immediately once they get a chance. When you try to get a refund the say that they do not give refunds, when you try to remove the card they do not allow it, when you try to delete the account it is also black.
Poor working product and shady company.

Windsor is great for UA and Growth…
Windsor is great for UA and Growth Enthusiasts. IT simply removes any dependency on data teams. The stack I used was to connect windsor with Meta, Google, MMP and dump it to claude via connector and get daily reports or analysis upto creative level ROI. Amazing work. Great customer service as well. Was facing an issue connecting MMP and they helped it with small tech intervention in 15 minutes.

Best AI Communication Tool

Don't bother, they run a bait and switch - Trial gives your 7 connections when you upgrade its down to 3 - Was not informed of this. Cancelled the same day - Oh and now they dont offer refunds.
