I ordered 3 Bosch wipers in total (2 front & 1 rear), that I needed desperately. I received one rear wiper 4 days later. I immediately emailed the company, Who blamed it on supply issues and being a busy time for them…….!!!- would have been nice to be told that at time of ordering, as it clearly said all wipers were in stock, and website said immediate ‘same day dispatch’. Was told they were in another separate delivery (that they couldn’t provide any tracking or details off!)
Waited a further week, still no sign of front wipers I ordered. I emailed again, to be told that the courier must have let them down!!- had to wait a further 8 days before receiving the wipers, so over 2 weeks in total. No apology, no information, with myself having to constantly email for updates. Granted they did reply, but everytime it was an excuse and blame on someone else. Won’t bother using this company ever again!!!- seems to me they forgot to put the front wipers in the original order, then made excuses every time I emailed. A simple apology would have been better.

Bosch wiper blades are excellent. That said Royal Mail messed up the delivery and then the replacements, 3 times (only complete and incompetent clowns could do that). Not of Windscreen Wipers' making, but to be fair they resolved the repeated issues made by Royal Mail. Great customer service.

Unlike Amazon, who guarantee that the part fits - but it did not, Windscreenwipers.co.uk were right first time. Wipers arrived in 36 hours after I ordered them.

Excellent company. My order was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the Company they were very apologetic (not their fault though) A duplicate order was sent out. Arrived quickly and fitted the car perfectly.
I can highly recommend this company, excellent customer service, and really good products.

The wiper sets were cheaper than those available locally and were delivered promptly, free of charge. Fitting videos were a bonus, if necessary. Would happily use again and recommend.
