Pretty good, but faster dispatches required
* Nicely packaged
* Food surfaces in good condition (ripe/very ripe etc)
* Reasonable prices
Only bone I can pick at them is they could be a little faster with dispatch times

Regarding despatch times, we do aim do deliver within 2-4 days but occasionally there will be delays as we wait for the freshest produce to arrive. However, your point is noted and we are working to improve delivery times without compromising the quality of produce delivered to our customers.

Again the box was not up standard pineapple no good banana was ripe by the second day, l did received the 12 percent that was supposed to be given to me for international women’s day. I bought from you before, and all food then were the best now I am disappointed with some of the food l received in the 2 box received

The okra was old even the seeds within…
The okra was old even the seeds within were brown as if ready to plant. The green bananas looked battered. Other than that all other item was OK.

Excellent goods
Speedy delivery items were fresh and individually wrapped also packaging was excellent no damage to box on delivery.
Will definitely recommend to family and friends and I will be placing another order sometime soon I will now be a regular customer with Windrush Bay
Won't be buying from the market shops where items are touched all day
