Window Nation - Boston Bewertungen

The workers arrived right on time. They did a terrific job, efficiently & respectfully in a timely manner and had a complete cleanup when done. They showed us how to operate the windows & were pleasant for the whole job. We would highly recommend this crew .

The project with windows went well, but my plant stand was broken, they could have used more care.

Installers did an excellent job very professional, quick and timely. Cleaned up really well after their work. The ordering process and the delivery of product is another issue. Order got really messed up. The handles for the 8 foot sliders do not have locking key mechanism on them. The handle was the wrong color. One of the sliders had the wrong color screen. They came with chipped paint and the aluminum trim around the slider on the exterior was the wrong color. Two windows did not make the order for delivery so now we’re waiting another couple of weeks to get those put in when they told us everything will be done in one day.

Updates about project, finished results and cleanup were good.

The workers were very tidy and they were prompted.

Our sales guy Rich was fantastic. Very informative and professional. The day of installation the installers were supposed to be at the house between 7 and 8 am. After several calls they arrived at 11. The installers were great. Three of our windows came in frosted which we did not want and need to be switched out. I would saywe are satisfied with the install and would most likely use them again.

Workers, on time and well prepared.

After several weeks windows installed with wrong windows and 1 missing screen. Reorder. Several weeks. Correct windows were installed. Wrong size screen! Reorder! Several weeks. Correct size screen install d Dec. 11th!!! Order Finally complete

Smooth process and kept updated through out process.
Installers were neat and professional

Tech was early and completed the job to my satisfaction

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE A PROVEN PLAN OF ATTACK. 3 GUYS OUTSIDE, 3 GUYS INSIDE. OUTSIDE GUYS ON THE TABLE SAW CUTTING THE NEW OUTSIDE TRIM, GUYS INSIDE TALKING OFF INSIDE TRIM WITH SURGICAL PRECISSION SO I DIDN'T NEED TO PAINT WHEN THEY LEFT. INSIDE GUYS TAKE OUT THE WINDOWS, OUTSIDE GUYS COME IN WITH THE NEW WINDOWS, INSULATION, AND CHALKING, AND THEN INSTALL. IT'S QUITE A STREAMLINE PROCESS TO WATCH. VERY PROFESSIONAL. 100% EDORSE!

We are very happy with our new windows. The installation was prompt and professional. The 3 worker did an outstanding job.

Everything went exactly as explained and described.

The job was done quickly and the technician was on time

Still waiting on one last window to be installed that I already paid for. And the brand new front door I had installed came with a ding on it and it was touched up by paint. A lot of money for an imperfect product! Waiting on results,,,

The end product is wonderful. The workmanship is clean, neat, and well designed and put together. The installation and cleanup remarkable. Every person who we personally met along the way was courteous, patient, and professional.

I recently worked with Window Nation for a window installation project and overall had a very positive experience. The project started exactly as scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. The installation team demonstrated professionalism and skill, delivering high-quality workmanship on the windows that were installed.
Another highlight was how thoroughly the team cleaned up the work area once the job was finished. It made a big difference to have my home left tidy and organized after the installation.
The reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5 stars is that there was a minor issue with the order from the window factory—one window was missing from my original order, and it was not delivered with the rest. Window Nation handled the situation well, returning for a second visit to install the missing window as soon as it arrived. While this required a little extra wait and coordination, I appreciate their commitment to ensuring the project was fully completed.
In summary, Window Nation provided excellent service and quality, with just a small hiccup in the window delivery process. I would recommend them and would consider using them again for future projects.

From beginning to end, the process of getting my new windows was easy and convenient. Communication was good and the installers were respectful of my space and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Financing options made things even easier and I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's 5x quieter and warmer in my place!

Thanks to Carlos and friends for their excellent service.

Great job and worker came at the time we were told He stayed till the job was done and he was polite
