Our game draws 5 balls from just 34, compared to the National Lottery which draws 6 from 59. Fewer balls and fewer numbers to match means the odds are better. Even with the correct position requirement, our jackpot odds are around 1 in 33 million versus 1 in 45 million on the National Lottery and 1 in 140 million on EuroMillions. At 50p per entry compared to £2, you also get four times the entries for the same spend, bringing your effective odds to around 1 in 8 million per £2.

While we're a prize draw rather than a lottery, many of our players play both and the comparison is fair. When you do win with us, the prizes are much more meaningful. Match 1 pays £1, match 2 pays £10, and match 3 pays £500, all from a 50p entry. On the Lotto, a match 3 gets you £30 from a £2 ticket. With an overall win rate of about 1 in 9, players are winning regularly.

You're right that our £1,000,000 game requires the balls to match in order. We designed it that way so we could offer something different - fewer balls (34 instead of the usual 49 or 59), a low 50p entry price, and a high win rate across all prize tiers, while still having a life-changing jackpot.

Even with the order requirement, the jackpot odds are around 1 in 33 million - significantly better than the National Lottery (1 in 45m) or EuroMillions (1 in 140m). And because entries are 50p rather than £2, you get four times the chances for the same spend, bringing your effective odds down to around 1 in 8 million per £2.

That said, your feedback is noted - we're actively developing new games with different formats, and input like yours helps shape what we build next. We're also working to make the game mechanics clearer on the entry page so there are no surprises.

Hi Aaron,

Regarding the draws: You raise a fair point. Our draws are conducted by an independent, audited prize draw operator using a random number generator certified to the same standards used by regulated UK lotteries. We do it this way because it's a requirement of our insurance provider, who guarantees the full £1 million jackpot will be paid out regardless of how many tickets are sold. It does however mean there's no physical ball machine to show live, but we're genuinely taking your feedback on board and will be surveying our players to see if a live visual representation of the draw would be something they'd value.

Regarding cancellation: I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription for you. For future reference (and for anyone else reading), you can cancel anytime in just a few clicks – simply log in, go to My Account → My Subscriptions, and cancel from there. No need to contact anyone or jump through hoops.

Apologies for the delay getting your withdrawal to you - there's a technical issue with Instant Withdrawals at our payment provider that we're actively working to resolve.

In the meantime, we've enabled Bank Transfer withdrawals so you can get your winnings now. We sent an email about this a few days ago, but in case it landed in spam: just log into your account, choose Withdraw, and enter your bank details. We'll process it asap.

Hi Justin,

I can confirm your account has now been closed and the 5p balance refunded to you. It should arrive in your bank within 3 business days, but often much quicker.

To clarify what happened: you requested your account to be closed this morning, our customer service team wasn't refusing to close your account — they were following our standard process which requires confirmation that any remaining funds have been successfully refunded before account closure can be completed. This protects customers from losing money during the closure process. This had been actioned earlier in the evening and our customer service team would have relayed this information once their shift had started.
