Anthea (the Facility Manager) was consistently professional, helpful, and solutions-focused throughout the process. They also hooked me up with a free move‑in van for the first four hours—seriously levelled up the experience.

Seriously the best!!!
Honestly the girls at Wilson storage east bentleigh were incredibly helpful. It is by far the best storage place I've ever used and I've used alot of various storage places in my life but there communication and assistance was incredible had I have not lost my job and had to cut my costs I'd still be with them now and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for storage in that area.
It's exceedingly rare to find such a great storage company with such great customer service.
I rarely leave reviews but in this case it is well deserved for they always went above and beyond for me and were super understanding of my situations.
I'd give them more stars if it were possible in this review platform. Never have I had such a great experience anywhere with why service as I had here.
