I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a shirt, pullover, and shorts. The pullover that came was incorrect and I was told to return it and buy a new one with no additional support.

I returned it by mail over 1 month ago and still awaiting my refund. I have emailed and keep receiving a response that their team is behind. This has gone from 7 business days to no given estimations. I thought this brand that has a lot in profits would be a reputable company, but I was wrong. Avoid shopping here at all costs to not waste your money, time, and sanity!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wilson. My package couldn’t be delivered for days because they created the shipping label incorrectly. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and insisted everything was fine on their end—when it clearly wasn’t.

I received no support or solutions from Wilson. I was the one who had to call the courier multiple times, speak with their driver directly, and do all the legwork to try and locate my package—something Wilson should have taken care of. They showed zero accountability and made no effort to help resolve the issue.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expected better from a company like Wilson.

I spent a month researching tennis rackets before Wimbledon started, I then ordered 4 tennis rackets and balls which were estimated to arrive 7 days before the end of Wimbledon. UPS the shipping company labelled the delivery as 'damaged' 7 days ago, I have frequently been in contact with Wilson asking why my delivery has not arrived but they have given me no information on what is happening and where it is just stating it is 'under investigation'. I have tried to cancel the order to buy rackets elsewhere but they won't let me do this. They are expensive so I am now a lot of money down with tennis rackets and Wimbledon has now finished which was my inspiration to buy them.

I wish they would have listened to my request and refunded me so I could have made a new order, but as there has been no resolution or attempt to help with my situation I will not be buying from Wilson again. Avoid.

wilson is the worst tennis brand , they do not care about their customers and they do not care about tennis.... they are no longer a pro brand. I was just about to buy a tennis racket that has only just been out a few months for £235 and was then. told the same racket was at another shop for £159. I emailed Wilson expecting them to say it was different racket they said it was the same and they can set prices at other outlets how they want. So if you bought this newly realled racket it's now £85 off elsewhere but not at Wilson. Complete con and they don't really care when I asked no wonder such bad rating here and in uk. I will not buy Wilson again.

I ordered a Wilson Pro Labs Tennis racket online (via UK) in March and the racket has vanished! Countless emails and even a phone call to a call centre that's actually based in Spain. They promised to sort out a solution but still no further communication / outcome and they refused to give me a refund siting an investigation had to be carried out which would delay the lengthy process / experience even further!!!!! If you are in the UK then understand that Wilson.com have no physical presence in that market with their warehouse actually located in Germany. They use UPS to ship / deliver the goods. UPS have a 1* rating so needless to say, good luck receiving your delivery and when things go wrong there is no one to speak with! In summary a horrible organisation, so do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere......P.S. Even wrote to the CEO but surprise surprise NO response!

None of the order tracking links on the site provide insight of the order. After finding a way to contact customer support I was told they were moving warehouse. It’s not what you expect from this type of brand and price point for sports equipment.

Have ordered products from Wilson you have to chase the company to find out when your products are being delivered they totally dont provide a real time for delivery. Totally disgusting service from this company, nor do they provide any kind of compensation go to other companies when they lose business they will start to get better hopefully.

Zero Stars. BE WARNED. This is a SCAM. Fraudulent sales of FAKE products. Do not order anything. They are not an Australian business at all. How they are even allowed to operate and have not been blocked or barred from their false advertising in Australia baffles me. You’ve been warned. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Disgusting people to try and resolve issues with. It is not worth the stress. The quality is no better than a bubble gum machine spitting out a pathetic prize.

I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic, leather shoes. Sale price of $49 usually $190. I have received one pair which are cheap and badly made, the strap that goes around the ankle is short by 5cm. They are not leather, (fraudulent advertising) and do not have a brand name which goes against Australian standards. They are not from Melbourne, they are from China,another fraudulent claim as Wilsons-Melbourne is not a shop front in Victoria and judging by other people's reviews I can see there is no point in trying to return these shoddy shoes or asking for a refund. It has reminded me to be more careful shopping online next time and really investigate the company. Also, this company uses photos taken from other sites.
Straight to the opshop or garbage bin and a complaint to the Ombudsman and a Buyer Beware post on FB.

I have just received your delivery of goods (3 pairs of Laura – Ultra Comfortable Orthopedic Sandals) and I must say I am extremely disappointed with how the shoes present – I am accustomed to buying leather shoes and these shoes are NOT leather, as advertised and NOT worth AUD$49.95 per pair!

After complaining to my colleague here upon receipt of your goods, I was shown a screenshot of the exact same shoes listed on TEMU for AUD$16.99 and I AM FURIOUS! This by Australian laws is deceptive and fraudulent! Your shoes are NOT leather, are NOT discounted by AUD$200.00 as stated, do NOT relate to a shop closing down in Melbourne, were NOT delivered in boxes and have NO sign of branding on them which is against Australian standards.

I would like to return these goods as I’m still within the return window of 14 days of receipt (Note: the goods have taken 11 days to get here as they were shipped from Mainland China and NOT shipped from Melbourne). Please supply return details – return address and procedure – to return this delivery for a full refund of AUD$149.85.

Beware if you are thinking of buying Wilson Launch Pad 2 Irons. I purchased some via another retailer as Wilson website does not supply Europe apparently. Within a month the paint on the club heads started coming off. Have dealt with the retailer but they seem to be going down the "cosmetic" route and seem unwilling to refund or replace. Contacted Wilson to see what their status is on warranties/guarantees and was just advised to speak with the retailer. No help at all for what is their own product that clearly has issues. Look elsewhere at other clubs would be my advice.

Not only did the ship an incorrect item and refuse to take it back (?!!!!) their website is impossible to navigate with incorrect links everywhere. The fact that Federer chose them as a partner is shocking

Ordered a padel racquet.
It was delivered late and there was a chip where the paint came off.
Either it was a returned racquet and Wilson didn't noticed or damaged by UPS during delivery.
Both companies tried to blame each other.
Was told by UPS that Wilson claimed £86.
Wilson offered me £10 price reduction
Customer service is in Barcelona.
Miguel and Supervisor Laura were useless in the 10 days of going back and forth.
Call, emails, online chat all goes to them.

I’m disgusted with this company. Last month I purchased a custom glove for $620.00 The “Status Update” link was an absolute joke. The delivery dates were always all over the place and finally, I get an email that said “Your order has shipped!” I was thrilled, but (not surprisingly) the “Tracking Link” to UPS was invalid. Yep- not only is it a dead link, they conveniently didn’t provide the tracking number anywhere in the email. What horrendous service. So, I attempt to contact Wilson’s customer service and am reduced to their ridiculous chat bot that does absolutely nothing but re-route you to the FAQ’s page. It was utterly useless. There was no number or option to speak to a representative. Ohh wait…they did suggest I could send an email. Seriously? What a joke. For $620 I expect to have a damn tracking number provided when my item ships. I will never, under any circumstances, purchase from this clown show of a company again. Worst online and deliverables experience I’ve ever had. I’ve still yet to receive the glove and moreover, when I submitted my email (that I ordered the product from- (of which they sent me the confirmations) the Chat Bot actually responded by saying they have “no orders corresponding to my email address”. I’m at a loss for words. If Wilson’s team has an ounce of ethics in them, they need to contact me and answer for this experience. Buyer beware folks. If my glove doesn’t arrive in the next two days I’ll be back here to post another review. Do better, Wilson.

Don't trust them. Website offer 15% discount when signup. At the end you get 90p discount of £600 total order. While other stores offer a real discount on all items.

Very bad experience with them. They sent me an different product than what I had ordered and eventually did not issue me a refind after returning the product. I had to remind them about the refund before it was finally issued. Just a bad experience overall with their website. Customer service was slightly better though.
