I am reluctant to give one star for the Eccles cakes which I purchased Tuesday ,they were extremely dry and hard nothing nice about them at all which were binned.dated best before September so goodness knows how they would be fit for consumption by then .very disappointed, this is not me at all writing a review i just think you need to be informed .

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that all our bakes meet our high standards, we do still bake in small batches and on rare occasions, there may be the odd cake that's been slightly over-baked.
