Amazing customer service!
I purchased my willful package while they were having a print and ship promotion! Unfortunately, I realized that the print and ship deadline didn’t work with my family circumstances (baby due later in the year) . I reached out to the Willful team with my situation and the ask for the print and ship promotion deadline to please be extended. I got a kind, quick and thoughtful response confirming that they were able to do that for me so that the will I write will be relevant and updated for my family situation.
My feedback is to remove the deadline when offering print and ship promotions and/or give the ability to recognize unborn children into Willful wills.

I wish I hadn’t spent this money. Although I now have a will, the program was very limited in terms of flexibility for my situation. I ended up having to copy and paste it all and then adjust it. Not ideal. For any situations that aren’t straightforward it likely maes more sense to see a lawyer

Once your documents arrive, please remember that they need to be printed (if you haven't already) and signed in the presence of two witnesses to be legally valid. We include a set of clear instructions at the beginning of your documents to guide you through the signing process.

Pretty good
It was fairly easy to follow. Couple issues is the requirement of another beneficiary. If I die I want 100%to go to my beneficary. Having to put in another name at 1% (your chat suggestion) makes it more complicated. Also way too much emphasis on children. I don’t have any. Also inheritance age…there is no inheritance in my case. Everything is to go to my beneficary.

This took me approximately 2 minutes to complete. I would have expected more questions and prompts to create a thoughtful and detailed plan.
