I was bronze VIP.. It said on my profile-page I was 0 points from silver VIP (with more benefits). And then I was told that the "level" would change in the start of the upcoming month.
I waited, but, then suddenly my progress went backwards, back to the starting point.. And I have discussed this with the "VIP-managers", but they ask for more "proof" even though I have sent many screenshots allready..
Got an answer now: I have to wait! Looks like this site is only after your money, no fair game.

Had a few decent wins here, payouts can be slow at times expect between 2-3 working days, longer sometimes. Support is not the greatest, VIP managers are better. Overall seems the highest RTP. I would have given them 4 starts if my most recent crypto deposit had been credited to my account, however it has not been and support desk is saying it may take several days for the finance department to investigate the proof of payment documentation that I have provided them.
