Chemical smell won’t come out gave me a skin infection. After months Of having it tried again to wash the smell out of Hair . Chemical smell still there. I have used and hair I never used. Both hair smell the same. I believe it is very harmful to human. Please beware find safer hair no human hair should smell this way.

I wish I could leave a less than one star. This company is a straight up scam. They frequently delete reviews or re-list item so you wont read about the issues with the product AND the company.

I ordered from them for the first and last time EVER. I ordered a wig that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, was given a fake tracking number and the customer service agent I have been emailing with for weeks, has tried by hook and by crook to get me to just be scammed, swearing it's on the way (still without providing a real tracking number) and then blaming the issue on customs. Then lying and saying they would refund me, even if the hair did arrive, and then back tracking and saying they would refund me only when they received the hair back, which is impossible given that it was never sent proven by the fake tracking number.

I don't and will never know if their products are of any quality, but I doubt it given their dirty deleting of reviews, but PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SHADY A$$ COMPANY!

EDIT: The company response is pathetic. A delay is different from stalling non- responses and then radio silence from customer service a tracking number that literally never worked. To this day (7 weeks later) the order never arrived. I had to file a charge back, and surprise, surprise got my money back, in part because they were given 10 days to respond and never did. How could they. When it's A SCAM.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this company. The hair tangles up so easily, it doesn’t feel or look like 100% human hair at all. I paid over $300, and it’s super thin compared to my other wig that’s 180 density and way thicker. This one barely has any volume and sheds like crazy. It was also supposed to have layers, but there are none, and it came with a really bad smell.

I tried reaching out to them with proof, but they’ve made everything so difficult and still refused to give me a refund. The whole thing feels like false advertising. What I got is not what was shown or described, and the quality is nowhere near worth the price. I’ve been trying to communicate with them for a while now, but they keep making it complicated instead of helping.

Honestly, I feel scammed. I would never buy from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Firstly I can’t post my review on their website because it’s not a 5 star. That already tells you everything you need to know about this company. This is a shady business that you should steer clear away from. Why did I pay $600 for a wig that they claim on the website is HD lace but on the order history is a transparent lace. Honestly, for that much money I expect skin-like lace. The hair is so thing on the lace part, you can literally see through your wig cap. The only reason I bought from Wiggins is because I’ve bought from them before and I loved the hair. Maybe the quality has declined. I certainly can attest it’s not worth it!

Je mets une étoile car c’est le minimum. Commande reçu sous 3 semaines au lieu de 5 jours. La perruque u-part est arrivée avec des attaches déchirée. Des noeuds et énormément de cheveux en moins. J’ai sollicité le service client pour un échange. Et ils m’ont répondu que ça serait à mes frais. Si j’avais su j’aurais jamais commandée chez eux !

I purchased a wig and it was shedding more than normal. I informed wiggins which they said it's normal but it's not. Also they added an extra track on the right side which doesn't aline with the left side of the wig which makes it harder to flatten. They offered $20 off any future orders. This is my first and last order. Keep your money. If you want good quality wigs go to wigfever I've been ordering for over two yrs should've never given wiggins a try.

I just absolutely loved this hair! There was minimal shedding. It’s so beautiful. I received so may compliments. Don’t wait! Get this wig!

Customer support started out communicative but went silent when I questioned if the order had processed or if I could get shipping updates. The shipping information on the website is seemingly not what they operate by. They do not answer emails or what’s app messages when inquiring about your order. They accepted my money a while ago and the product has never been fulfilled or delivered.

J’ai l’habitude de commander chez eux et leurs perruques sont bien fournies.

Seul bémol depuis quelques années est la taille de la lave trop grande et la dégradation de la qualité des laces qui fait qu’elles ont rapidement une calvitie.

Pour le moment je n’ai pas trouvé mieux alors je recommande fortement !

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
What I ordered was not what I was sent. They took me through the ringer with sending multiple photos with a measuring tape and different angles. They were SHOOKETHHHH they even sent me this mess of a wig that I thought would be a bust downnnn! After shipping the trash back to its original home its been months and I'm still awaiting a FULL refund. Its too many hair companies out here to be played the way they did me with their smelly, sheddy hair! RUN LADIES!

I’ve always bought my hair from Wiggins hair and I’ve always received amazing hair. However, my last purchase was utterly disappointing, especially because it was the most I’ve spent on hair and I honestly expected to receive good hair as usual from Wiggins. When I reached out to them, they did respond and requested pictures, which I did send as well as a video showing how dry and tangled the hair was, mind you this was on my first install. The hair honestly looks like it’s straight up synthetic hair. It sheds, tangles and is supper dry! Wiggins suggested I condition the hair which I did and the hair was even worse!

Everything about Wiggins is amazing!!! Firstly, the customer service was on point! I felt very comfortable when communicating with the representative who was extremely helpful. Next the wig! The hair is AMAZING!!!!! The density is ACCURATE and that HD lace is no joke!! I will be purchasing all my wigs from Wiggins now, they are the best!! You won’t regret your purchase with them!

This was my first time buying from this company. They have good customer service response. The hair is good quality and bleached well. Very easy to install, came precut. No shedding or smell. I will be buying from them again.

Needed the wig super quick for my graduation and it came way before I expected. Customer service was really great too and super communicative. I got the ready made 14 inch body wave and it was great. Very amateur with wigs and was able to put it together no problem. Just had to cut the excess laces at the front and makeup on it. The quality of the hair is great no shedding and was fairly easy to style. The curls I’ll have to try again cuz the day was humid af so everyone’s curls were gone in hours. All in all love it and will be purchasing from them again.
