After ordering the special needs bike trailer for my son I received an email to contact the company because they wanted to make sure we were getting the correct trailer for my son. It was so nice for a company to do that and it meant so much that they cared.

Great customer service when I called and made the purchase online. Excellent product!

Trailer is comfortable for my 7 year old, maneuvers well, not to wide, light weight and feels heavy duty, can take a good beating. The only downside was the packaging it was delivered loose in a box, parts were sticking out by the time it was delivered, i would suggest either a double layered box or some foam packing sheets.

Our new Wike trailer is fantastic for our daughter! She doesn't even need extra padding or support as she has needed in past trailers. It pulls beautifully and you barely notice it's there other than on hills! It folds smaller than any trailer we've had in the past and the carrying bag was worth every penny. Thank you for making family bike rides enjoyable again!

Website Ui was straight forward. Only thing I think would help is an estimated shipping date at time of order confirmation. Thanks!

My item was delivered to the wrong address and took way longer than the expected delivery date, to that I put of the zip code incorrectly. Be more mindful of inputting address. Didn't receive the item yet. When I do I'll update

We ordered the wike trailer for my daughter with special needs. After placing the order, we received an email asking us to call customer service. They just wanted to make sure it was a good fit. A few days later our order arrived. The product is thoughtful without being fussy. We had no problem assembling it and taking it for a ride. My daughter loves it and we hope she can have many years of enjoyment from it.

Instructions on how to put the trailer together suck. I had to figure it out for myself.

The bike trailer came earlier than expected. It is really well designed and constructed. The directions were very easy to follow for the little bit of assembly that was needed. A great experience all around.

Fast delivery. Great price. Just remorseful that we should of bought the premium trailer instead of the junior as it was much more sturdy in design. We had a premium double that was stolen from our yard.
