Amazing experience- they do retail work, not just business to business.
Amazing experience. We had a cracked inner glass on a double glazed window in the kitchen. On and off I had been trying to get someone to replace this for a couple of years but nobody ever got back to me upon enquiring.
I was recommended Wholesale Glass Telford by a local business so sent an enquiry to them.
Very shortly I was responded back to, given a very rough estimation and advised a visit to measure up could be arranged to issue a full quotation.
The glazier came round the house, right on time and even called to confirm he was on the way. He was very profession, friendly and respectful of the property. The formal quote came back shortly after and was right in the region of the estimate.
I accepted the quote and the glass took less time than had been quoted to make, an appointment made to fit it. Once again he arrived at the agreed time, called to say he was on the way and was just a professional as on the first visit.
The cost of the work was exceptionally good value - Maybe it's just me but try for yourself especially if you are a retail customer used to regular window fitter prices.
I would like to put a special mention to 'Dudley Howes' who handled my enquiry from initial contact to quoting and fitting. Hopefully, his manager is aware of what a first-class employee they have there. Thanks for your help Dudley.
