Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we understand that fragrance preferences can be highly personal and subjective, we respectfully disagree with your assessment of our product quality. We take great pride in offering high quality oils and maintaining long-standing relationships with thousands of satisfied customers over the years.

To clarify, your previous orders were placed between 2011 and 2016. There was no order placed in 2020, so it’s possible you may be confusing us with another company. During our recent phone conversation, you expressed a preference for "thick oils." We’d like to reiterate that we have never offered thickened oils, as we do not use unnecessary additives or fillers to alter the viscosity of our fragrances. Thick oils outside of certain musks, contain filler ingredients that compromise the integrity of the scent. We'd also like to clarify that ALL oils intended for use on the body contain a carrier oil, such as DPG, to ensure safe application and proper performance.

We also noted that your dissatisfaction with our fragrances is not new, as you expressed similar concerns in 2016 and requested complimentary products at that time. While we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, it appears our products may not align with your expectations, and that’s okay. Not every product is a perfect match for every customer.

Please know that we have used the same trusted manufacturers and formulations for over 27 years. Any changes made over time (such as the removal of phthalates and other potentially harmful ingredients) have been in full compliance with IFRA guidelines and only serve to improve the safety and quality of our offerings.

We regret that your experience has not been a positive one, and we wish you the best in finding a fragrance supplier that better suits your preferences.

We’d also like to provide some clarification regarding fragrance variations. The color of a fragrance can naturally vary due to the specific ingredients used or the presence of dyes. These variations may differ slightly from batch to batch, which is completely normal.

Additionally, the strength and projection of a fragrance can vary depending on its composition. Some scents are designed to be bold and long-lasting, while others are more subtle and understated. It’s also important to note that fragrance performance can differ from person to person due to individual skin chemistry and environmental factors.

These variations are a natural part of the fragrance experience and do not indicate an issue with the product. We hope this helps provide a better understanding and we’re always here if you have any further questions.

We’ve reviewed your recent order and would like to provide some clarification. Out of the 32 fragrances you’ve received, 21 are new to your collection. This means you’re exploring a variety of scents that may differ in strength and intensity. Fragrances naturally vary, with some being stronger and others more subtle. This is a normal characteristic and does not suggest that the product has been altered or "watered down." We have used the same trusted manufacturers and formulas for over 27 years, ensuring consistent quality across all our products.

Additionally, we noticed that you’ve placed several orders with us since 2023, including one as recently as yesterday (thank you for that!). This is the first time you’ve raised a concern, and we believe it’s more a matter of fragrance selection than an issue with the product. However, we’d be happy to discuss this further and learn more about your specific experience with the scents.
