We are taking this company to Trading Standards and have been informed that their sales practices are fraudulent. We first heard from this company in Feb 17, and now in Nov 17, we have no evidence that they have ever provided what they have said they can. Promised to get involved with our project in a positive way and never have. Beware!

Chris, please explain why you have copied OUR review of YOUR COMPANY Whole in 1 Golf Ltd? We paid a substantial sum for you to advertise us at WHITECRAIGS GOLF COURSE, but you failed to deliver any services. As it stands, YOU have OUR funds in YOUR bank account and YOU are in breach of contract.
If anyone is interested, please have a read at WHOLE IN 1 GOLF's REVIEWS, we are not the only company who have been scammed.
UPDATE: for companies that have been in touch and found themselves in a similar position with Whole in 1 Golf Ltd, we paid by debit card and did a charge back with bank. Whole in 1 Golf did not dispute and we were refunded.

Please don’t go anywhere near …. Terrible company to deal with… I can’t work out if I’ve been scammed or just been naive… any way steer clear .. in my humble opinion
Same company, different names, same crooks
This is the same company as W1G, Pinnacle, Teepro, Digiluxe Media and Golf Growth Group.
Shady business tactics, promising the earth and delivering zero results.
If you have been unlucky enough to fall victim to their shody sales tactics, make sure you cancel immediately.
2 years down the line, after you have just about forgotten about them due to zero networking events, golf days or leads, you get an email from Chris or Mike saying your renewal is due.
Their Terms of Business contains a greyed out link to the terms, which claim to mention an automatic renewal.

Corrupt company who don’t deliver on what they offer, market or advertise!
We are part way through legal litigation with Pinnacle Media Partnerships and despite us offering a simple ‘walk away with our money back’ offer they reneged and seem to wish to ignore emails, calls, letters and any form of positive dispute resolution communication. The company have proven themselves to be very untrustworthy, deceitful, promise anything to secure the signed contract and funds in full and then run with the money and go silent. The so called events managers, company staff right up to their management seem to follow the same strategy and mindset of poor behaviour, negative actions and illicit practices.
Learn from our lesson and it now seems coming out of the woodwork many other’s lessons and steer well clear of this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!
We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with "Whole In 1 Golf" / "W1G" and I must say it was nothing short of a scam. From start to finish, the entire process was a nightmare. Staff that sign off emails with a title such as "Director" is actually false in some cases as per Company Information obtained online.
Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
>Misleading Promises: The company made grand promises about the quality of their services, which turned out to be completely false and there was no service nor cooperation with the chosen golf courses.
>Poor Customer Service: When I reached out to their Customer Service Team / Management Team to address the issues, I was met with indifference and unprofessionalism. They were unresponsive and unwilling to provide any real solutions or refunds.
>Lack of Accountability: Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, the company has shown no willingness to take responsibility for their false offer and contract. It’s clear that they are only interested in taking customers' money without providing any real service.
I strongly advise anyone considering using "Whole In 1 Golf" / "W1G" to think twice before doing so. There are plenty of reputable companies out there—don’t waste your time and money on this one. It’s been a frustrating and costly lesson for us, and I hope others can avoid the same fate.
Rating: 1/5 stars (Only because 0 stars isn’t an option)
Like all the other reviews below
Like all the other reviews below, this is a scam of a company. I've never had such a bad experience in my life. Was never able to actually book anything. I called several times on each occasion to be told I'd get a call back but never did. Sent complaint emails which were ignored. Now the Director is hounding me to renew and claiming all my previous emails chasing my bookings and complaining were never received.
Avoid at all costs!
We were contacted by this company and told that our local golf club were looking for business partners to sponsor tee boxes and in return we would get free TV advertising and 24 x 4 balls for designated courses within Scotland and NI. When we contacted the local golf courses they were NOT aware of this arrangement and they refused to provide any tee times through W1G. We emailed continuously to get this resolved by W1G but they were not interested. We were also told on several phone calls that someone would get back to us. This never happened.
We spent nearly £2.5k and what we got in return was a postage stamp size advert on a mobile GPS App.
Total scammers
Total scammers! Also, Months of sending the same emails over and over again. Dont get involved With them
Owner of Guest house in Belfast
Owner of Guest house in Belfast. We signed up with them in summer 2022 and just like all the reviews below. The sales representative failed to mention the automatic renewal policy in all the communications both verbal and email. There is a link a the top of the contract, which you only receive after all the negotiations are done and are ready to sign up, which specifies the T&C's including this very 'sneaky' and very dishonest automatic renewal policy which, as explained by other reviewers, shackles you after the time period has elapsed.
They then bombard you with emails and threaten legal action if the fees are not paid claiming it is your fault for not doing your due diligence when it is deliberately omitted from all communications until the very end and you have find it yourself.
To anyone else in this scenario, contact your citizen advise office.
Avoid at all costs. Horrible way to do business.
A warning not a total bad review
Hi all more of a warning than a bad review, do not sign your contract or give a deposit until you have read their terms and conditions. Also speak to your golf club for feedback on the company. The TVs screen in my golf clubs where high foot areas but not seating areas and there is normal only one screen not multiple the chances of anyone seeing your 20s advert are slim. If you are not a golfer and a small business I would strongly recommend not going near this company for advertising and look at other avenues.
Once I realised my mistake that this was not for me the staff I spoke to were very helpful and supportive and I did get my money back.
I would give this review 4 stars for there customers support but overall they are an advertising company and a sales team who miss sold me information on the advertising. If I hand not read the reviews which pointed me to there term and conditions which are not obvious and I hadn’t contacted the golf clubs I would have been out of pocket.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! We decided to advertise with this company 2 years ago as we wanted to support a local golf club and for our employees to be able to enjoy playing golf or take clients from time to time. They’ve never been able to book any rounds of golf let alone benefit from the supposed advertising. I have just been sent an auto-renew for the contract. At no point was this conveyed in the original call and apparently 6 mths notice is needed to cancel. I wouldn’t have renewed anyway but now am being asked to renew with a service we’ve been completely unhappy with. We deal with contracts and clients every day and I know if I had a client as unhappy as we are we certainly wouldn’t be making them stay with us. Awful customer service and their ethics are disgusting to behave in this manner.

Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs. The contract auto-renew clause is not communicated at any point at the time of signing up. Once you've committed, your contract will automatically renew without you realising. You then have to give 6 months notice before the misery ends.
In all my years of business I have never experienced such abhorrent and smarmy ethics.

Just awful
Unfortunately everything you will have read is totally correct. This company really is awful and live up to the old fashioned ‘hard sell/scam’. My partner signed up and NEVER received proof his ads had been put up so after the first year of paying the extortionate amount he emailed them and advised he felt he had been missold and he wanted to cancel. We heard nothing for a year, and then bam just like others we were bombarded with emails claiming we needed to pay them for the renewal, really unprofessional emails and extremely condescending in nature. So we called the golf club to talk the them and they advised they are NOT and will never be affiliated with them again due to their misconduct. Do not sign up, I really hope something is done about their fraudulent business. To anyone dealing with them there are steps you have to take and you are best calling citizens advice they will help.

Please read before signing any contract
As many have pointed out this is a shocking company. No business leads generated so like most accept if was a failed venture and move on however it gets worse. When you have long forgotten about them they suddenly raise communication demanding a renewal fee. You then gain an understanding of their way of operating when you review your contract to find in a faded font a small link at the bottom that is a link to another set of terms indeed detailing the renewal process, very sneaky indeed. Its then an ordeal to separate yourself as they barrage you with cut and paste emails that must be numbered and sent out (some still had other clients names on not mine).
Just a horrific experience and I only hope new potential clients see this before signing up as I wish I was that fortunate.

W1G AND WHOLE IN 1 GOLF ARE THE SAME DECEITFUL COMPANY
WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Beware of engaging with this company - W1G appears to operate solely with the intent to deceive.
Regrettably, my company has also fallen victim to their misleading and disgraceful advertising campaign, all thanks to their deceptive pressure sales tactics.
I have gathered substantial evidence of these practices and promptly reported them to Trading Standards. It has come to my attention that Trading Standards is already well aware of this company's questionable conduct.
I afforded them an opportunity to respond before I proceeded with my reviews, but as anticipated, we have received no notification or response.
Following the unfortunate experience shared by many other companies who were enticed by their sales pitch, I am now pursuing legal action to secure a refund. To any potential businesses, I strongly advise thorough investigation of both W1G and "Whole in 1 Golf," as these entities seem to be interconnected and associated with numerous negative reviews.

Do no engage with this company or its staff. They seek to sign you up for 2 years; promising the earth,
delivering very little. All T&C's carefully hidden and only available online (no hard copy) with the aim to auto trigger another longer contract and commitment. The company has changed its name, its email addresses and branding in a chameleon like manner which is a reflection of how they operation. I have only recently become aware of their business activities and am disturbed by what I am uncovering. My recommendation would be give this company the widest of berths.
