I retained DigitalOx Ltd. in or about August 2022 in order to suppress a url link to a news article about me on Google search results. Significant work was carried out by the team at DigitalOx and detailed monthly updates on this work were provided. The team member responsible was always available for a phone call.

In spite of the team's efforts, after a year, the url was only slightly pushed down the google search results. This outcome was disappointing given the payments I had made over the course of a year. However, as a separate stream of complimentary work, DigitalOx also reached directly out to the publisher of the url. These efforts ultimately culminated in the publisher agreeing to remove the article from its website. This represented a fantastic result for which I was very grateful. There is now no trace of the news article on any search engine.
