Simon and Harry were great at their job, very professional and knowledgeable.

Super team who packed our house up for storage last Monday. Very polite, helpful and keen to look after out belongings. Very happy.

Issues came about due to delays in solicitors completing sale.

my main observation was that moving team were short on tools to disassemble and assemble furniture items

Martin and Dave were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.
They answered all questions and were very understanding when I thought I had packed the keys!
Jack came on the second day and made sure he introduced himself before he got packing!

We had David Porlon and Ben McPherson (Telford branch) deliver our goods from the UK to Austria. The guys were great - nothing was too much trouble and the communication on the day of arrival was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Arrived on time both days. Mark Nicclas introduced himself and team who were very helpful with any request being dealt with pleasantly and promptly. Ensure all items/boxes were carefully handled and despite us doing our own packing nothing was broken when we arrived at the new location. Have already recommended them to friends who intend to move soon

Martin & Jack were brilliant delivering & unloading our belongings. Alison coordinated everything for us very efficiently, too. A very professional company. Would definitely recommend them to others

Excellent crew who managed the work efficiently and effectively, and who were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They treated everything carefully and respectfully. A perfect job!

The people we dealt with were all fantastic. Alison was always available and helpful with any questions I had and explained everything very well. On the moving days, Simon and Harry were amazing. They took care with all of our belongings and went above and beyond with squeezing a freezer into the cellar. The whole process from start to finish was easy, hassle-free and avoided a lot of stress during a very stressful time.

We returned our belongs back to UK. We have used other group companies prior. The experience does not disappoint. We received Martin & Jack. They walked round each room assessing what was to go to storage and home delivery. They assisted on assessing items fragile and higher value. These received special care as requested. Polite, helpful, listened. What more could you want. Some people still take a real pride in what they do. These two are such people. Thank you. They will hand to Good Move to return items to home a few days later on our return. Another excellent company to deal with.

Jerry and Dave arrived punctually and achieved a seamless, speedy and efficient packaging of our goods for removal abroad. They were good humoured and pleasant and filled us with confidence that all would go well.

The two-man crew Dave and Jerry were helpful, friendly, polite, flexible and well mannered. The final stage of our relocation was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Simon and Harry from Telford branch were very polite, friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to have in the house whilst doing our packing. They packed so efficiently and tidied up well before leaving.

The delivery staff are very helpful, they deliver everything according to my instructions, 40%of boxes need to be delivered to the first floor, which is quite a hard work for the staff. The attitude of all staff is very very nice.

To be honest , It’s a very hard work to move the Piano from the truck to my house, specially they have to move it from the backyard door, which is quite high (2 high stairs), the team is very good, very cooperative with each others, they finished the job perfectly. It’s greatly appreciated for their hard working!

On the other hand, a two seat sofa is very very hard to move into the house due to the heavy weight and the size, the staff have to lift it up to a certain higher level and then can put it into living room. It is also a very hard work, and they finished it perfectly too!

By the way, before delivery, communication between me and the staff through email is also very smooth. I have asked many questions, and the staff responded quickly and patiently.

Overall speaking, I am very impressed with the quality of the service the staff provided.

Next time, if any relocation is needed, I will consider to ask White & Company to help.

Friendly and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Sean Pugh and Dave Porton. After a very stressful sale, White & co came to the rescue and managed to book my pack and removal at short notice. My only disappointment was that they offered a double packing team to pack up in one day instead of the two days initially suggested and only two guys arrived. However I needn't have worried as Sean and Dave were brilliant. They worked non-stop and miraculously packed up and completed the removal in only one and a half days. Sean and Dave were friendly and professional and a real credit to White & co.

Adam & Jerry were great even though it wasn’t the simplest move.

I would give 100 out 100. It made the move so less stressful. Your men never stopped working and were so helpful. i can not praise them enough. The move was so efficiently and swiftly done, and everything so neatly and safely packed. I would have no problems recommending your firm to move any one.

Mark and Dillon did the majority of pack up on the 14th they were lovely lads and so efficient.
My move got delayed then from the 15th to the 18th this was very stressful, but Whites made it less so, by sorting things out very professionally. Martin and Jack then did my move on 18th and were brilliant. It wasn’t the easiest as access was not enough for the large lorry so they worked extremely hard and in poor weather too. Cannot thankyou enough.😊😀😁
