Removed the stress with one call !
As always as soon as contracts are exchanged the removal company become the final stress hurdle to negotiate.
Having used various companies in the past that only added to the problems while moving White & Co put us at ease straight away and the move went exactly to plan even though we were squeezed in with only a few days notice.
And a big THANK YOU to Matt and Archie who went above and beyond unloading us in Sherborne to make sure we were happy that everything was located in correct room even with us changing minds while half way up the stairs !! Treating us with the utmost of respect and courtesy throughout.
A perfect service from all that we were in contact with.

The men moving us were brilliant. They were so helpful considerate polite and friendly, nothing was to much for them. We trusted them with everything we owned and they exceed our expectations.

The team handled a complex move over several days and distance with complete professionalism. We went for a full packing service, and due to some last minute shenanigans in the chain we were left with an ultimatum and short notice to move, but White's pulled it out of the bag for us and saved the day. The guys were great, very friendly, personable, and careful, and everything went like clockwork and to schedule. We got several quotes from the usual big national companies, White's were much more competitively prices but we still got an outstanding service. Would wholeheartedly recommend

Whites were tasked with moving out belongings and were given a 3 day window. On arrival, they were polite, courteous and cheerful. They ensured our floors were covered to prevent tracking through the house and got straight to work.
Just a few hours later the truck was loaded and they were on their way.
On delivery, although delayed due to traffic, they arrived cheerful (and in need of a brew) on one of the wettest days you could move on. The floors to the house were extensively covered to prevent the dirt and wet coming through the house and they kindly left it down for us whilst we traipsed in and out. They diligently cracked on, remembering where items were placed in our previous house, and with 4 of them on the case were completed in a matter of hours.
After checking the back of the truck we were handed a foot to an appliance that they weren't sure if it was ours - and I am grateful they did as it was from our dryer.
There were no breakages, only one spillage (laundry powder) and all rubbish was taken away.

The team who came to pack up my house were very friendly, efficient and fast! It made moving on my own for the first time in my life much easier than I had expected.
They returned the next morning to finish up and to actually move my things into an apartment. Everything was a whirl. I knew where everything should go and, on the whole, furniture and boxes were put in the right place.
There were a lot of boxes and it took a long time for me to open them and to check where everything had been put.
That’s where I thought the company didn’t meet my expectations. I eventually realised that there was a bag missing. It wasn’t supposed to go on the lorry but it did! I rang to ask if they had the bag and was told that it was unlikely that they had anything that hadn’t been delivered….but they would see if they could find it.
A week later, I’ve heard nothing. I’ve also realised that two camping chairs and a camping table aren’t here.
My divan bed base is in two parts too. I expected the team to put them together as they had taken the bed apart. More importantly, I don’t know where the bolts.

I was pleased with the move and had recommended them to friends. But the follow-up has disappointed me.

Removal overall was very professional from initial visit by surveyor to final delivery of furniture at new home. Found removal guys to be very helpful and accommodating.

Hardworking and efficient guys - great service

White & Co helped us out when our movers said they were fully booked. The arrangement was quick and efficient and the removal team was exemplary; respectful, unhurried and extremely hard-working. The entire team were a credit to the firm but Chris deserves a special mention for his outstanding work ethic.

We were originally booked with Good move in Colchester for our move to Newquay. But they were unable to do it so White and company Southampton took over the move......to say I am please is an understatement. Peter and Chris were incredible from start to finish. They had driven such a long way and still cracked on with everything. Their drive to Newquay was anything but smooth and they never let it show. Leaving us not worrying about anything. They took care of all of our belongings and we're incredible with our 2 children. Making them instantly at ease. Thank you so so much!!!

The guys were great and got everything done and couldn't have made our office move any more easier. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. From the minute Adam came out to give us a quote I had full faith in them.

Surveyor very friendly. The 3 guys who moved us on the day were friendly and respectful of us and our property and belongings. They did not wrap theunits and suite as we had been advised would happen but no damage so not a big issue.
