It was easy to order my item.

Tracking was rather confusing. I am very happy with the product.

Not happy with the UK courier Evri, took them more than 10 days to deliver. They said they had received it, then told me it was missing. So I contacted their Customer Service, tried to see what was wrong and had same emails saying they were trying to locate it, then again misplaced, but finally delivered 🙈

Took a long time to arrive. Dress was rather large for size but like quality of material and production.

Had to wait a while but they definitely do what it is supposed to

I don't like the fact that I now have to purchase new plugs as my current chargers are all USB.

The order took an age to arrive and information on its progress was extremely poor. If I sent an email to ask about the order I received a reply almost instantly, only problem was it was a generic reply which did not answer the question.

The lady today was amazing explaining everything about the eyes, I found it very interesting.

Rather lengthy wait for parcel, not used yet, bought for travelling

The connector did not fit my phone so I couldn’t test device

This was a very positive experience. The item was reasonably priced and it works well. The tracking was fine and easy to follow and considering it came from China, the delivery time was okay

Really lovely nose ring and shipping was faster than expected.
However there is no way it’s going in my nose - I do wish they did different thickness options.

Placing the order was easy however delivery was delayed. Fortunately tracking system was able to monitor the delivery. Which arrived yesterday, I have not yet used the bags but hopefully they will meet expectations
