Richardson serviced our gas boiler on 13 April 2026. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleanly. Pleasant and friendly and gave helpful advice on operating the timer. Charges are reasonable. I use them every year and highly recommend them.

Responded quickly and was able to sort out our plumbing in a tidy and expert way.

Sam and Martin did an amazing job installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler and cylinder for us after our 20 year old Potterton failed a few weeks before. Really great guys who worked extremely hard to get the work completed on time and as planned. We were delighted they had us with immersion hot water after the first day, well ahead of initially expected. Extremely tidy, arrived when they said they would, very friendly and considerate and kept us informed throughout. Fantastic work and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Martin and his friendly team installed a new boiler, hot water tank and radiators. They were a pleasure to have in our house, arrived on time every day and worked efficiently. They were conscious to keep each room as clean as possible. The work was completed faster than expected and we now have a wonderful toasty home. Highly recommend.

Martin was very quick to get back to us when we were enquiring about a boiler and was very transparent and helpful with absolutely any question we had. Hayden fitted the boiler for us and was incredibly polite and efficient, also making sure to let me know what changes were being made and when. He was also happy to answer any questions I had and demonstrate anything I wasn’t clear on. The absolutely friendliest pair and I felt so confident and assured throughout the process. Didn’t have to wait long to book in a new boiler which was a relief and I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough!

Not a large job for Martin's lads, just a half day. Fitted an additional radiator, swapped out an old one and serviced the boiler. Very competant and neat work all round. I think the system works better than before.

Excellent response time and temporary measures taken to alleviate problem with heating system. Returned as promised to carry out repair which was carried out to a very high standard at a fair price. All people on site were kind, polite, tidy and willing to answer any queries. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Genuinely pleased to have used this company to service our LPG boiler & rectify faults that our previous (National) company had failed to fix. Excellent professional service from the start from Martin and his team. Offered us a fantastic new boiler with mobile app controls at a fair price. Installation guys were friendly and clean working and installed during a busy day with lots of kids around. A very neat and tidy installation done with pride, I highly recommend Richardson Plumbing. Martin popped in later that day for a chat and to make sure everything was running smoothly which was reassuring for us. Took time to explain how to use also which was very easy in the end.
