This company appears to be a scam. The product was nothing like the picture/description, the fabric was garbage, it took forever to arrive. When I tried to return it, they kept offering my 10%, then 20% (so far) to keep the item. I have been very clear I want to return it for a full refund. It may be a bot responding to me.

The product is terrible. Doesn’t look like the advertised picture.
And I cannot even return it as fast as they took the order.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with an online merchant. I ordered a coat that they promoted online only to receive something completely different. When I reached out to them about the issue, they simply said our record show that we showed you the right thing. But when I send pictures of what they actually showed and what I received, they refused to give me a full refund. They even tried to bully me to send it back to China. That is fishy. The lack of consideration, bad customer service is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even give these people one star. I would give them 0.25 stars. Do not order from them!!! This is a SCAM.

This merchant is a SCAM ARTIST! They dectribe and depict items that look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE what you purchased. That damn Audrey coat is the ultimate scam!!! This garment does not come anywhere near being called a "COAT". It is mad of flannel and is no heavier that a pair of flannel pajamas. I live in Michigan and would not be able to wear this outside on our warmest spring day...let alone our harsh winters. They would not send a return label citing that it would cost more than $50 and that I would have to eat! May they ALL BURN IN HELL!

Hear this, when you buy from this so-called company you will be throwing away your good earned money. They advertise on FB , i saw a coat wheich they claimed to be a coat. i really dont know what to call it. after a long wait for my order it arrived late shipped from Jamaica NY. when it arrived i immediately knew that i was scamed. i email them asking for return label, first they entrieted me to a 10% refund, mind you i paid $76.95 for the piece of ?? i said no i want to return it, they said that it is costly to return because it is international, this time they gave 20% and to keep the piece of you know what, said to donate to charity. all i got back was $15.00 from my $ 76.95. and i have to wat up to 10 days for the $15. I believe that they are scammers , hiding behind the fact that the stuff came from out of the country could be China who knows. I would not use this piece of you know what to wipe the floor. Do not order from them they are thieves. The coat they show is a green tartan looking piece of you know what.scammers and they only reply to emails in the wee hours of the morning.dead of night, no phone number is listed. No where on their wesite do they say where they are , no description of the fabric or anything identifying themselves. no way to print off a return label that is a big red flag. I gave them a 1 star because that was the least star available. You have been warned do not buy from them. I ordered accouring to my size it did not clear my chest let alone being able to button up. Big time scammers. i threw the stuff in the trash, how do they sleep at night. Back to Amazon at least theyhave some integrity

I ordered the Audrey Plated coat and it took an entire month to arrive. When it finally came, the quality was extremely poor and nothing like the photos on the website. I reached out for a refund and was only offered about 10%, roughly $7.99 — which felt insulting given how misleading the product was. Afterward, I looked up more reviews and realized many others had the same experience. This company seems very untrustworthy and could easily be a scam. I don’t recommend buying from them.

The coat I ordered arrived quickly but its not at all what I expected. It's also too small. Very small and I am usually a small. Lastly, their website is down until 2/26/26. No customer support to contact. Very disappointed.

I was very surprised that they have a 2 star rating on Trustpilot...on their website they show thousands of reviews with a 4 plus star rating but I just noticed that it is not an actual link...very shady. The clothes run VERY SMALL. The coat I purchased on the model looks tailored. In reality very flimsy - there is no way that collar stands up as cute as it did in the photo. Shipping is very slow!

Terrible customer service. The item I purchased did not fit but they offer only a 20% refund. No return or other option. I will not order from here again!

I have not yet ordered from them, as i am afraid to do so. (1) They do not state the material form which a garment is made!! Weird, unprofessional and just plain bad: NO LINKS ALLOWED IN REVIEWS HERE......so I can't even show evidence!!!! Why not??!!

(2) Although I cannot upload a screenshot either, very unfortunate, Trustpilot! - They claim, also on this same webpage,which Trustpilot oddly does not permit presenting here, "Trusted by over + 24,000 happy customers", and they present the Trustpilot logo with green star below that....yet.....their website page here is blank.......what is up with this strange behavior here?????? Very suspicious.......?????
