Reduced Hair Frizz Significantly!
Before I had filtered water my hair was soooo frizzy (naturally curly) but since buying from West Oz it has dramatically reduced and never looked healthier! No amount of product purchases has amounted to the impact that clean water has had on my hairs moisture retention. Highly recommend!

Good quality well priced water system with great service.
We have had a great experience with both Rob & Mavis.
The water filters we purchased are exactly what we needed. Mavis helped us with what would suit our needs best and Rob very neatly and quickly installed our under bench system.
The after sales service is wonderful with email reminders when it is time to change your filters.
We have recommended them to our family and friends looking for a good quality well priced water system with great service.

Great service
Great service and Mavis has been very responsive to all of my questions. So far so good with my 10" 3 stage whole house filter, I'm finding less build-up in my shower and my pets are drinking more water now.

Great service
Great service and I can't recommend WestOz Water Filters highly enough. Mavis squeezed in an early appointment for me as my old system ( a different brand) was leaking. Most tradies say I will be there between 08.00 and 13.00. Rob said he would be here at 12ish. He turned up before 12.15! The job was done very quickly and I was only charged for the new fiters - no labour charge. Top service and the lowest cost compared to all others.

Saw Ron on Thursday and had3 Stage whole house filter system installed the following Wednesday by KT Plumbing who were very professional and they explained all my queries.Contacted Ron & Mavis and they were very helpful with my other questions.

Perfect solution for renters
I'd been using one of those water filter jugs for a few years before I picked up a benchtop filter from WestOz, and I've gotta say, the difference in quality and ease-of-use is massive. It took me a few minutes to install the filter, and I immediately noticed the taste (which was amazing, of course). If I want water to drink or use in cooking, I just flick a lever on the tap and the water comes out through the filter. If I want to do my dishes, I just flick that lever back and away we go. It's honestly the perfect solution for renters. Mavis is super friendly as well, and I love that she'll check back in with me in a year's time to replace the filters. Great stuff.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and Mavis at a W.A trade show recently and I have to say- such a beautiful couple and such wonderful customer service! I brought a bench top water filtration system off them and from the minute I connected it, my water tasted great! No chlorine taste!
I would give this 10/10 and highly recommend this system to anyone looking for more pure and filtered water.
I carried mine all the way back to QLD and couldn't wait to connect it up. What made the experience better was the genuine customer service I received by both Rob and Mavis. Premium product and premium service!! 10/10

And whilst changing with the new ORing the black stuff smudged into the blue filter container was a worry. No support other than to let me know to go get a replacement. May replace the whole system.
