I ordered it on Monday. It’s Saturday and it’s still not here, nor does it say when it will arrive. I thought I would’ve had it to use for the weekend. So for now the rating is a one! Don’t expect to get your product anytime soon.

Placing the order was very easy! Clear instructions as to what I was ordering and the cost!!

I received an email from your company saying I could get 15% off my order so I ordered the body perfector. A little later I go on facebook & saw an ad for 40% off!!! I was not happy about that at all & I’m sure you wouldn’t be either!

My order was confirmed by a message i received from Prime but the delivery address was incorrect. Customer Service was able to cancel the order & correct order to the correct. Very patient & caring

I tried to modify my order (change color) and reached out immediately after submitting my order. I followed the directions I was given but it didn’t work. When I explained that it wouldn’t work then I was told it was too late to change. All this took place within 8-12 hours after the original order. My order didn’t ship for 2 days after the email exchange. I was very disappointed this could not be corrected.

Wrong item was sent. When I get the original order delivered I will give 5 stars

I mistakenly order the same thing twice within a couple of hours and then called to cancel one order( 5 min after placing the 2nd order) this was due to a prompted email that there was something in my cart. They cannot cancel either order

The efficiency of the purchase.you should consider Remind the purchaser of their rewards while they can use them at that time.

I don’t like the product. You had a foundation that I loved but you only sell it in tan now! Unbelievable! Not all people have dark skin!

I've been trying to exchange a subscription order for days. Every communication I have had with Westmore Beauty has been an utter failure. Conflicting information on how the process works; incorrect email links that lead to nowhere; told there was elimination of the beauty rewards program only to be able to access it with my next purchase; no return label sent as assured; the list is endless. I've spoken with no less than 5 customer service reps in the past 3 days, to no avail on the product exchange.

Haven't heard anything about my order or expected delivery date

I was charged for a subscription order I did not knowingly sign up for.
I contacted Westmore Beauty immediately, before the order had shipped, and told them to cancel it. They refused, claimed they could not stop it even though they acknowledged it had not yet shipped, and told me I would have to wait for it to arrive and return it just to get my money back.
That is not acceptable. The company should have canceled the order, not knowingly push it through and make the customer deal with the fallout.
I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaints with consumer protection agencies.
Be careful buying from this company. In my experience, they enrolled me in a subscription without clear consent and then refused to cancel the resulting order even before it shipped.
