The color was almost translucent did not show up on my skin at all. I did not want to subscribe, but the product was sent anyway and my bank account was charged.

This company has a great product in the total body coverage makeup. I have purpura on my legs and this or allows me to wear skirts

I love the makeup/eye care products Westmore beauty has. And my friends and family still to this day order too. Westmore Beauty should be proud to be a Company that has many satisfied customers.

Buying experience was fine but it's been several days and it doesn't appear that my order has been processed or shipped.

If I signed up for an automatic subscription, it was an error! This purchase was sent to the wrong address; and I have moved! So, I am out the money and the product! I sent an email to customer service for no response!

It was very easy to find the product I wanted and place an order.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I emailed to cancel my order a full day before it shipped because it was going to the wrong address. I never received a response from the company. Then five days later I suddenly get an email saying the order has already been shipped — and it still appears to be going to the wrong address.

If a customer reaches out before an order ships, there should be some effort to respond or correct the issue. The lack of communication and delayed response is extremely frustrating. I tried to resolve the problem in advance and was completely ignored until it was too late. Not a good experience at all.

I'm still waiting for a confirmation on my delivery date

Unfortunately, an order I placed for a gift was not complete when it arrived, however, after speaking with management, they cordially replaced the missing item. I will definitely purchase from the company again. My favorite product is the WB Golden Radiance Body Coverage.
