Would absolutely recommend West Midlands Double Glazing to anyone looking for quality work. Pav came out to see us several times before we even signed the paperwork to ensure that we were happy with the proposed plan. He was very knowledgeable and provided expert advice.
We were provided with quality designs for our rear extension that we were able to tweak and change at no extra charge. Once signed up, we were given a timeline for the build and work started exactly on time and due to the amazing builders and office team, the project was completed ahead of schedule. I cant speak highly enough of the builders that completed our project and the finish is impeccable. We are thrilled with the finished project. Pav and his team made what could have been a very stressful few months into a very enjoyable experience. What was very reassuring was that Pav was always at the other end of the phone when we needed to talk to him and didnt once try to add extra costs to the build. We recently used this building company to remove our old conservatory and carry out an extension to our kitchen and dining room. The project also involved removing internal walls to create one large open plan kitchen, living, and dining area, completely transforming the way we use our home. They also replaced our garage and lean to roof, creating a seamless wrap around roof across the side and rear of the property. The addition of large skylights has flooded the space with natural light, giving it a bright, spacious, and welcoming feel.

From start to finish, the builders were outstanding. They arrived on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, and maintained a high standard of workmanship throughout the project. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole team was professional, reliable, and friendly. We genuinely could not fault them and are absolutely delighted with the finished result. We would recommend this company time and time again to anyone looking for a quality building company

I've had the worst experience with them installed windows and doors in 2021, first time the front door lock jammed they would use every excuse to not do the job took 2 months for them to finally fix it [had to use rear garden for access] the second time the door lock jammed I used a local tradesman fixed on the same day! Windows same issue 3 of the lock mechanism broken they were asking £150 for each window £450 in total! They used excuses of needing new handles parts taking weeks which was the final straw, got a local tradesman he changed just the locks of the 3 windows for a total of £130! AVOID them they have no after careful service.

After receiving planning approval with an architect’s design, we obtained our first quotes and quickly felt the project might not go ahead due to the high costs.

As a final throw of the dice, we had a consultation with Pav from West Midland Double Glazing. He really listened to our needs and clearly explained why the original design was over budget. More importantly, he took the time to rethink the space and quickly came up with an alternative design that achieved what we wanted—while staying within our budget.

If it wasn’t for that conversation, we would have given up on our dream of extending our kitchen. We’re incredibly grateful for Pav’s honesty, expertise, and practical approach.

Contracted with WMDG to build an orangery. Commenced build today bang on time as promised. Friendly guys now digging out for the footings, extremely professional, tidy, diligent.
The initial consultation stage with Pav was excellent progressing smoothly through design, pricing, planning stages.

Just wanted to say how pleased we are with our replacement conservatory recently executed by WMDG. From start to finish it was a first class experience. The whole team played their part which resulted into a fantastic new living space.
A special thanks goes out to the installation team who worked exceptionally hard and reduced the time of removal of the existing conservatory and the installation of the new conservatory to three days which was really important to us as the installation was during the winter months and we did not want our existing floor and decorations destroyed during this process.

I want to agree on a date and time and know the product I am receiving is of good quality. It's also important for me that the tradesmen are friendly, helpful, and above all tidy. We’re still in the process of building our side extension, but wanted to hour out Vikram from WMDG. He is a real credit to the company and it was an absolute pleasure having him work on our property.

Vikram did the plastering, roof and electrics. He was early everyday, I knew what the plan was every day and what would follow the next. He was very professional and polite and my wife was singing his praises. He went above and beyond and even gave us some great advice when we had to pick particular things for the house.

We recently had our conservatory renovated to include a downstairs bathroom. This meant having one side bricked up ,a new stud wall and a new roof. We asked West Midlands double glazing to do this on a recommendation.

Brick work ..first class, Vikram and his team worked long hours in awful weather to keep to time.
Electrician.. excellent, he worked around our work hours, staying till late if necessary.
Plastering, They did a great job working tirelessly.
All in all these guys worked long hours did an excellent job and consulted with us every step of the way.. Our very underused room which was cold in winter too hot in summer regardless of a radiator is now well used. Pav, the owner is on hand for any questions and the whole team is very approachable.
We love our new rooms. The plumber who fitted our bathroom was also impressed with the space. We painted the rooms and got it looking exactly how we wanted it. So if you are looking for any renovations or alterations to your conservatory I would highly recommend this company.

We chose West Midlands Double Glazing to construct our Extension and Kitchen. We managed to save £13,000 in comparison to other companies! They sorted out our Architectural Drawings and Building Regulation Application so we didn't have the stress of managing it ourselves - they also managed to get permission from Bournville Village Trust.

They are a one stop shop for all home renovations and we highly recommend WMDG. The process so far has been very smooth and we look forward to seeing the final product!

West Midlands Double glazing built our conservatory 9 years ago, helping us with the design and the work was carried out quickly and professionally by a hard working team. We love our conservatory and it still looks as good as new. We also had 2 external doors fitted several years ago.
We recently developed a small leak in the roof after really heavy rain. The repair work was carried out quickly and without fuss.
The level of service is excellent and we couldn't be happier.

We had been searching for a company that was affordable but also gave us more of a modern conservatory within our price range. West Midlands glazing have been fab so far, the brick work team Baaj & his collegue have cracked on with the work with no hassle, working endless hours and in the dark to get it finished. The standard of work is outstanding and left the garden very clean. Highly recommend to anyone!

Just had a roof fitted to my conservatory (which was also built by wmdg). Gurmail and Ramesh did an outstanding job. They take a lot of pride in their work and finished everything to an exceptional standard. They showed a very high level of proffesionalism and left my place very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Just had a conservatory built. Great service from start to finish. Workman hardworking and friendly, always cleaned up after themselves and left everything clean and tidy. Joanne was always helpful with any question or query, which was really appreciated. Really happy with the work. Definitely recommend.

Windows were exactly what I wanted, colour (Chartwell green) is great. The guys that came from sales through to customer service and the fitters, were all extremely polite and good at their job. Any issues that I wasn’t happy with were resolved, I think this is necessary to add as customer service is extremely important. Peace of mind with warranty etc. very happy.

Worst decision I've made choosing this company. Awful brick work, regulations not adhered to so work continuously needed to be addressed. Huge issue that none of the workers spoke English so we had difficulty communicating with them, as did the building inspector. Initial telescopic ventilation was not correct, advised by inspector to change. It is now 2 months since they left as we have damp on the walls and mould growing and damp on the walls.
Initially felt we had been lied to regarding the building application as told they could not do due to conflict of interest. After we were given a bill of over 1k from a third party, we decided to do the application ourselves. When issues arose, WMDG took on the application, so apparently there was not a conflict.
There were huge, unnecessary delays, including nearly 1 month when no work was completed. Our premises were also left unsecured on more than one occasion.
Terrible workmanship, when complained to director Pav, we were told there is a tolerance allowed for brick work. This is shocking as it looks like a complete novice has done it. Plaster finish to meet existing room was awful. Floor uneven.
Extension has been built with more glass than building regs allow. The company were advised of this by the council in February and told amendments were required. They were not made, nor were we informed of this issue.
Photos speak volumes to the abysmal quality.
Sent a detailed complaint to the company in mid May, and have yet to have the issues addressed or any response.
We will now need to do remedial work to address the damp.
