West London Plumbing have serviced by boiler for a number of years. On the last two occasions after the service the 4 year old boiler has stopped operating. Unable to get a response from them on what happened, even after 2 weeks.
West London Plumbing installed air conditioning in my loft and kitchen.
It is a very sleek installation and the units work brilliantly. I can use the units for heating also. Nice to have as a backup in case my gas boiler breaks. I was impressed by their attention to detail, their patience with my questions and their high level of workmanship. They were respectful of my home during the works. I will definitely continue to use their services.
West London Plumbing carry out our annual boiler servicing and Gas Safety test in our rental property. We are very happy with the service. The cost is reasonable and we receive the necessary paperwork straight after the visit. We appreciate the service reminders. We have recommended to family and neighbours also.
I booked for comprehensive service for boiler and mega flow. Engineer visited and open the cover checked the gas pressure and advised it is working perfectly. Same he done with the mega flow open the wiring chamber. Check the wire and advise working perfectly.

Very happy with my new boiler and radiators. After a disappointing experience with another well known company in Pimlico, I then called West London Plumbing who came highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble. Although they came recommended I still got one other quote to compare. West London Plumbing were competitive and their service was great. I will not hesitate to recommend them. Good to find a reliable, honest company who take pride in their work. Thank-you.
I had a disappointing experience with this boiler service company. The technician appeared unknowledgeable, unable to read basic fault codes, and missed an active fault displayed on the panel. They claimed to work onsite for nearly 3 hours, but when I requested proof of parking to verify, they didn’t respond. To make matters worse, they charged my payment card without authorisation after storing my details. I wouldn’t trust this company with boiler maintenance again due to their lack of expertise and questionable billing practices.

I contacted West London Plumbing because I had evidence of a leak in my heating system. I wanted to minimise redecorating and they recommended non intrusive leak detection. The leak was found on the same visit and I received a quotation to repair after the visit. I was delighted with the efficient service provided and I will definitely contact them in the future.
I have used West London Plumbing for a number of years for plumbing and heating servicing and repairs at my own property and at my rental property. I can safely say from my experience I can put my trust in them to get the job done well and at a competitive cost.
They replaced the boiler this week in my rental flat. Excellent job, really pleased and I certainly recommend West London Plumbing.
BEWARE of COWBOY PRICING / OPAQUE AFTER SERVICE. I had first used their services to fix a pump in my boiler on 29th January and paid them £700 to get it up and running. 5 months in and the boiler blew up off with the water pump being the cause that I knew through my investigation. As the water pump was replaced by West London Plumbing services (that was still under warranty), I was made to pay the labour charge of £90 +VAT = £108 for them to come and look at it, take it to the supplier and come back with a new pump to fix it.
The engineer turned up and within 5 minutes figured out the pump failure was the main issue. However, instead of replacing it, an hour was spent on them figuring out a reason not to swap it with a replacement for ‘free’ but do it subject to me paying an additional £298 + VAT and extra labour on top including travel to their supplier that I was going to be additional extra charge of £90 + VAT taking the total to almost again £700 (total joke and think they can take the gullible for a ride).
They blamed the failure of the pump on a supposed ‘leak’ that they couldn’t even show me and said that because water went inside the pump, it wouldn’t be covered under manufacturer’s warranty. I asked them that irrespective of anything water shouldn’t have gone inside the pump unless faulty and they had no answer.
I also asked for the receipt of my original payment to take the matter up with Worcester Bosch but they refused to send that across (probably because they don’t want to disclose the inflated pump price that they sell to customers). The pumps are available for £130 and they quoted me £298 + VAT.
Because I am under warranty and refused to give in to their almost ‘blackmail’ pricing of an additional £700 on top of the £700 that I paid earlier, they didn’t do the job and left the boiler as is.
In other words, I am in the same position as I was with £108 deducted and they had the cheek to take an extra £54 on top without informing me (BEWARE OF GIVING THEM CARD DETAILS BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OFF WHENEVER THEY WISH WITHOUT INFORMING YOU)!!
I called them up today to enquire why they took the extra money - they had the audacity to say they can’t talk (and it was the same lady who took the money off my account) as supposedly today they answer only emergency calls. Only thing she said is the engineer supposedly spent an hour and a half (SPEAKS VOLUMES AS HE DIDN’T DO THE JOB THAT HE CAME FOR BUT SPENT CLOSE TO 45 MINUTES OUTSIDE ON THE PHONE).
And thanks to Ring doorbell, I have the video proof of their coming / going including my conversation with them.
BUT THEY WILL BE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AS THEY DID - AS I PAID £162 AND THEY STILL DIDN’T FIX MY ISSUE (trying to hide under the garb of GDPR) for not giving me the actual original warranty invoices for a service that I paid for but instead giving me their inflated invoice (minus warranty).
USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL IS MY ADVICE!!

I woke up to find a considerable leak coming from the toilet.
I called them just after 8am and they had a plumber with me by 9am.
The leak was resolved quickly and I was very happy with the repair.
I have used this company once before and I will definitely use them again.
Overall, quick, professional and efficient service from West London Plumbing.
Thank-you to the team at West London Plumbing for installing my new boiler yesterday. My boiler stopped working so I called them following a recommendation from my neighbour. I have to say they did an excellent job and I now have hot water and heating again. I will also be recommending West London Plumbing.
Called out for faulty toilet flush handle, for £120 call out charge which is reasonable. But then got a quote for nearly £360 to fix it, so that’s a total of nearly £500! I did some research and found another local plumbing company who fixed it first time for £150!
Don’t use these cowboys again!

Unfortunately have had to use these twice due to boiler malfunctions but had excellent service on both occasions. The plumber Steve was friendly, on time and worked as fast as he could to get us hot water back! Thanks again guys
Nice company to work with when getting my new boiler.
Excellent and very prompt service. I initially tried another local plumber, who couldn’t, or wouldn’t, fit me in for over 24 hours. West London Plumbing made the effort to send someone as quickly as they could. Incidentally, the other plumber then decided they could send someone quicker! Thankfully I stuck with West London Plumbing. They have provided an excellent service throughout. Friendly, helpful staff in the office and the plumbers who came were great.
My boiler was over 12 years old and started to need constant repairs. I called West London Plumbing to book a repair and they suggested replacing my boiler. I had a new Worcester Bosch installed beginning of this week. I am delighted with how clean and professional the engineer was. Highly recommend!
My boiler broke on Sunday morning and they come out to quote for free. My new boiler was installed the next day and I have to say the staff were very tidy, I will use them again in the future for sure.
