Excellent price and good delivery time

Late being dispatched, even though everything was supposedly in stock and parcel split open on eventual delivery due to very poor packing
Courier was parcel force who are even worse than westbase themselves.

Paid express delivery didn’t come for a week

Waited over 2 months for items purchased to arrive.

Great company, quick delivery, highly recommended to all

Never received parcel. Still waiting to here back for refund.

Hi the item was delivered on time amazing service

Ordered materials for job, materials took an age to come. It’s fine if something is out of stock but holding a full order for one item isn’t great.

I could have got the missing item locally. Learn from this experience as companies need to plan and book in jobs. Delays cost money.

Goods were delivered as described and within a couple of days.
The only negative thing was that as soon as I placed my order; around £270.00 I received a discount code for 3% off my first order. I was unable to apply it as I only got the offer AFTER. I placed my first order.
I contacted customer services and they refused to honour the discount as I had already received my goods.
Not great!

We found your tracking system very confusing as from the start it kept telling us that it was delivered when it wasn’t? The information was not clear very worrying

Was very pleased with the product when they arrived the only thing I would say is when they fitted by our electrician the kitchen alarm would not stop bleeping then it started the other alarm in hallway beeping we phone the company to ask why but it just rung off plus customers service no answer either thankfully we worked it out and there fine that’s my only criticism about the company

Looks like I’m another person waiting for a refund… item out of stock, few months before it arrives apparently. Order canceled and 14 days later I’ve still not got my money back.. looks like this company has gone drastically down hill. Shame..

Bought something 3 weeks ago. Got email, saying out of stock untill May(almost 4 months to wait until new stock). Asked for refund- guess what- its been 2 weeks- keeps sending Mickey Mouse emails, promising refund in one week, then 2-3 working days and on and on… Stay away from these scammers

I like the price and availability of items. My only gripe was the postage. It was quite expensive and took a long time to arrive. I found myself apologising to the customer for the item being late. I am concerned about placing future orders due to this.
