Very poor customer service
I accidentally signed up to WeryAI and paid $24 for a monthly subscription. This was entirely my mistake as I had intended to sign up to a different AI video platform.
I realised the error almost immediately after creating a single 5-second test video and noticing the platform was not what I needed. At that point I had been subscribed for roughly 10 minutes.
I contacted support straight away, explained the situation honestly and asked whether they could issue a refund.
The request was simply refused.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that their own website states that refund requests can be made within 3 days of the first purchase. My request was made within minutes and I had only generated a single short test video.
I fully accept that signing up was my mistake. However, the lack of flexibility in this situation was surprising and disappointing.
Potential users who are thinking of signing up simply to test the service should be aware that refunds may not be granted even when requested shortly after purchase.
If the company decides to reconsider their position, I would of course be happy to update this review.
