Salisbury branch. Bought 2 hot baguettes, one veg and one pepperoni. Both were very hard and dry and mostly inedible. The fillings had dried out and the bread was so hard we couldn't bite through it! It's obvious they had been sat in a warming unit for several hours. Particularly disappointed as the last time we ordered, it was lovely. I wouldn't buy from here again unless I knew it was going to be freshly made.

Chicken and bacon sandwich disgusted, they are using cheap bacon substitute, they charge enough so should use the real thing, very very dissatisfied. Will not be using them again

Order online from London Rd. High Wycombe branch, 2 baguette and chose WHITE BREAD. Order with Delivero. When receive order I was shocked as it was made with seeds bread. I have to throw away as I'm alergic at seeds. Make complain on Delivero and present picture with order no and baguette. Order no.: #9753 place at 12:29, on 16-10-2025.
I make complain but after 24 hours , no answer...!!!
I try to call and all time phone is busy.
A time ago I was in shop in London Rd, H, Wycombe and get in at 17.45. On female at counter prepare something and total ignore me. Finally, with a rude attitude, she ask me what I want. I ask, and in same rude manner, she say they not have as is finish but she take care to inform me is 17.55 and in 5 minutes will close. Is absolute disgusting what bad customer service they have. Is absolute proof of ignorance and incompetence pe pay attention to orders...
I advice ppl to avoid this place and other branches as I see by other reviews in all branches have this bad attitude in front of customers.

Good morning i just want to write.i am regular coustomers wenzel cafe stanmore. Apekhsa and Arpita everytime look after and very friendly with all customers. I will tell my others friends also go everyday there .even all staff is very friendly.

The Coffee is machine made and cold probably not more than 25 degree centegrades .. The PRICES are extorcionate .. just imagine you pay 3.85 GBP for a regular donut ...The quality is mundane with prices of the WEST END.

BAD EXPERICENCE

Went into Wenzel's in Salisbury.
Disgusting sausage roll, one bite and we threw them away. Pastry not cooked on underside and I don't think the sausage meat had ever seen a pig.
Waited whilst a staff member walked back and forth without making eye contact then finally served us.
Would never visit them again.

Would like to thank the staff at Wenzel’s Woking they were very friendly, they was fully stocked up on drinks, cake and rolls. The lady that served me was friendly and smiley and she promoted me a meal deal which saved me money. Would defo recommend and will definitely be going again

No way the St Albans branch tried charging me £5.95 for three hashbrowns and a small software roll with brown sauce lol. Sarah you must have milllionnssssssssss!!!

The kings Langley’s Wenzels is my local and I’m so lucky it is.
William today was even more helpful than normal, he’s such a top guy who delivers fab service effortlessly.
Always has a big smile to greet you & is so helpful & friendly.
I wish we could clone William for every store.

Bought a sandwich from there it was absolutely terrible frozen sent it back. They refused to give me a refund. I wouldn’t have minded as accidents happen everywhere but they were very rude. Wenzals Bournemouth Horrible.. 1st time and it was awful, had to wait for the girl to finish texting and my order of a breakfast bacon roll, rock hard bacon pressed down roll and looked like it was made yesterday. Contacted CS and not much of a response..

Bread and rolls have really gone down hill. There is definitely a weird texture going on and they don't taste nice at all. Seems to be full of awful ingredients

The staff are lovely, no issue with them at all. But the food quality is awful for the price. The chicken and bacon sandwich used to be good with real chicken and bacon, now it's just cheap minced sandwich filler obviously made at a factory and it's not even cut in half anymore. The chicken wrap is again a tiny smear of minced chicken and mayo (placed in the middle to give the illusion of a full wrap) with a load of lettuce, the tiny amount of chicken is only in half the wrap. I wouldn't mind so much if the price had dropped but it's increased.

One of the selling points was that it's made fresh each day, clearly not anymore. I can honestly get a better quality and much cheaper meal deal at the local supermarket now.

First ever visit to wenzels at Poole bust station waiting for our bus. Ordered two breakfast rolls with sausage. Lovely fresh rolls hot sausage and a piping hot americano to wash them down. Very courteous and efficient staff, great choice of foods and well priced, a clean environment.... nothing bad to say well done wenzels.

Though the pastry case is of good quality, it lacks filling. I had the Jamaican Patty Pastry. It was more a flavouring than a filling. Don't mind paying a bit more for more filling.

Prices are NOT DISPLAYED at all and promotions are misleading making you make a mistake, big shock at the checkout! Why are prices Not Displayed ?!!!!??????

Wenzel’s in Harrow on the hill

Very bad and unprofessional staff. I came to collect my order from ToGoodToGo, the confirmation email clearly stated that the order could be collected between 17:15 and 17:30, I came to the store at 17:02 and was informed that it was already closed. I said that I came to collect the order, I was told that it was closed and that I would not receive the ordered goods and my order is already in the bin , I said that I should collect the order between 17:15-17:30, the people who worked there did not care, not only did I pay for the order but I also did not receive the goods, I left without my order.

Wenzel's Southbourne.Really Horrible

Wow. I wasn't expecting much. And I didn't get much! Very quiet Sunday morning. I was ignored for nearly 5 minutes. He wouldn't even turn around to see me. Nor did his colleague. I left and bought a cold drink from the shop next door, came back and got ignored for another few minutes. Went to the Bakehouse nearby, but they were really busy. Back to dirty Wenzels. Still nobody in the queue, but still ignored. Finally he turned and just stared at me until I spoke. I was clearly an interruption he didn't want. Food was vile. Tea was cold. One of the worst experiences I've had. They don't deserve to be in Southbourne, they're just a million miles from being good enough.
