Similar to a review already written .. I ordered a RotatingShelf(TM) vegetable rack on March 2, when this company was quite new, but instead received a poxy little grey plastic thing that has a crack in it.
What peeves me is I checked out what I could about the company before placing my order and all seemed good .. as I'm always reluctant to pay be card.
Moral of the story is I won't ever pay for goods by card to a company that's not been recommended to me directly & especially if that company doesn't have a PayPal link or similar .. my preferred way to pay for goods.
I've emailed this company through the website but no response as yet .. just an automated reply. Also emailed direct from my email app.
My bank is dealing with this now. Wish there was a bigger penalty for scammers & that they could be cyber tracked :-(

Unbelievably I've had a reply from this company.
They gave not acknowledged I received the wrong item to what I ordered.
As well it seems I must pay return postage & they ask for an invoice, unremoved tags etc to be included with the package .. there were no tags attached with the item and there's no invoice with the package, otherwise I won't be issued a refund.
Seems I can't win this one!!

I got scammed too haha. 64eur for a piece of plastic, not what I ordered.
I will see them in court as in france there are a lot of customer association and protection.

As others have said.
I ordered the rotating stack and guess what I got.
Yes a small cube shape made of thin bars approximately 11 cm sqare.
Complained to them but totally ignored so letting the Bank deal with it.
Now also reported to Action Fraud.

Ordered a rotating unit and received a a tiny metal bar square thing total scam company .

This company are crooks. I ordered a rotating veg rack and received a blue plastic pile of rubbish..I’ve complained to them and told them I’m reporting them to the relevant agencies! My bank is also investigating them...how do they get away with treating consumers like this?

This is actually no stars but cant see how to do that!I ordered a Combi drill + 1 free and received a worthless set of screwdriver bits. I complained to the company and they said: "We are sorry that it is not to your liking. You can return the product, that's no problem at all. Enclosed in this mail you will find the return form. You should add this to the package. Make sure at all times that you send the package including track and trace code.
If you have sent the package back to the manufacturer, you must send us a picture of the proof of sending.
If the package is received the money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.

UPDATE: 1-Apr: Chargeback progressing - suggest all victims initiate chargeback as soon as poss. I have been advised that I have to give them one last eMail notice to refund in full and collect their item, else CC company will sort it :-)

Can you get your money back if using credit card ,I found pay pal don’t want to know if it’s a scam ,but why don’t these companies ( pay pal ,credit card ) help us when they must be getting complaints so warn us it’s a scam .

Do not order from this so called online shop its a scam. I ordered a rotating basket for vegetables for the kitchen from a Facebook page and I received a rather small plastic piece of cr$#! 4 weeks later Conned out of £26!! Not happy customer!!

Please do not order from these people it’s a scam. You will find them adverting on face book marketplace. Look out for them in other places. I can send a photo of what I ordered and a photo of what I received. I don’t know how to do it on here.
