Wellingtons are fab
I always buy my white goods from Wellingtons as they're so knowlegable and friendly. Every time I have an appliance delivered I choose the full installation and removal of my previous broken model. The delivery and installation team are fab too.

Purchased online but they didnt have the item
Purchased online only for them to tell me they have no control over stock and they didnt have the item. They gave a refund fairly quickly hence 2 stars and not one. I went to AO.com after who have plebty of stock.

Our understanding is this item was a clearance product that had just sold in one of our stores, and unfortunately the website hadn’t yet updated to reflect that it was no longer available. We completely understand how disappointing that is, especially when you’ve ordered in good faith.
We’re glad we were able to process your refund quickly, but we know that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience of not getting the item you wanted. Your comments have been shared with the team so we can tighten up how clearance stock is shown online and avoid this happening again.

First class for customer service
How lovely to find a store that still believes in customer service. I needed to replace my built in fridge freezer but was unable to measure the opening nor get to the store due to surgery which left me on crutches, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I gave the details of the model I had there now and the different model I wanted to replace it with. They checked all the dimensions from the information I gave them. Everything was delivered fitted and the old one removed very speedily by delightful, polite fitters.
I will definitely use them again when I replace my built in cooker. Thank you very much Wellingtons you were a star 🌟🌟🌟

Oven died on christmas eve. Phoned the Erith office and they had one in that was compatible and available immediately. Helped me load up in my car and a very good price. Excellent service

Big is not always better
I had forgotten about my am delivery and was expecting an am delivery next day but they delivered it to me late evening you wouldn't get this service from the larger retailers.

Wellington's were amazing
Wellington's were amazing! They rang me to tell me that there would be an extended wait on delivery of an order and gave me the option of cancelling and them helping me find an alternative. When I managed to find the required product elsewhere, they immediately refunded my money and were very communicative throughout. A genuinely nice company to deal with - I will certainly go back to them.
