Fantastic Customer Service response

So, myself and my daughter made our separate orders this Monday - 30/06/2026 late in the evening. Delivered first thing this morning 01/07/2026.
One of my bottles had no outer or inner seal so i contact the WW by WhatsApp and added the photos to show there was no seal. I requested a replacement bottle to replace the open bottle. No arguing or ignoring me, replacement bottle on the way. Will update if I received it.
I had compared 4 different companies over the last week and the same vitamins in each - WW worked out the best as there was a new customer discount and then online, I searched for coupons and got another discount code so overall 30% off new orders.

Order placed on the 15 May/ not dispatched 12 days later -

Order placed on the 15 May - today the 27 May order not even dispatched
Contacted company through chat on 3 occasions and I was told “within 24-48” hours the parcel will be with you”

Then I was told the parcel will dispatch within that time frame .

I wrote an email after 3 "chat" days and I was asked to wait another 24 hours to receive a parcel that has still not been dispatched. Then I was asked for another 24 hours waiting and was told that if parcel not received they will send with a "priority" service.
Needless to say the parcel was not received, the tracking provided states that information about the parcel has been received on the 18th of May - but to this day the 28th of May the parcel has not been received by AnPost.

The Priority service i suppose was a bad joke - as they had no intentions to do that since, when called on it, they simply provided the old AnPost tracking number - still no delivery on the 28th - and i would assume that it is because there is nothing to be delivered

Only scripted communication and promises not backed by any action - I have asked for an immediate refund (as I was actually promised if not delivered within the so many 24hours pleas)

Despicable!! - if there was no stock a simple "we are out of stock until ... next Christmas" would have been received much better

Fair Resolution after a rocky start.

Update: Following the below, Weightworld did reach out to me and offered a fair resolution (which I accepted)to the situation. I felt they were genuinely interested in rectifying what had happened.

Initial Post:

Placed my first order with weight world about a month ago. Initially I received the wrong order. The correct order was received a few days later having contacting them to advise of the error. Unfortunately in good faith I went out of my way to repackage the incorrect order received, get to a post office and pay for return postage under agreement this would be refunded. I provided a copy of An Post receipt and tracking number as requested but have yet to be refunded. My contact attempts (beyond automatic responses) have been ignored and or promises to resolve the issue have not been kept. This is very poor practice given my good faith efforts to rectify their error and reduce their losses and very short sighted as I would have been a repeat customer. Consider this before shopping here.

Questionable Trustpilot review claims

On the WeightWorld.ie marketing email received today (April 21/2026), WeightWorld claims to have Trustpilot "4.3/5 reviews by 7k happy customers."
The WeightWorld.ie Trustpilot page says 3.4/5 and not 4.3/5. The number of reviews at time of writing is 31, not 7,000.
If WeightWorld.ie can't be trusted to get a claim that can easily be checked, then doubt creeps in about the quality of their supplements and any claims about their effectiveness.
For what it's worth, my 2 purchases arrived on time and nothing missing.

There creatine monohydrate that the sell is bad quality for what your paying and my omega 3 fish oil came spoilt

Misleading

Placed my order after reading they deliver in 1-3 days. Also state they are based in Ireland.
Chat, WhatsApp and phone conveniently don’t work. A shambles of a company.
Avoid.

Good and fast delivery

I made Order worth 50€ few days ago and after 3 days delivered to my home. No have any issues so don’t know why people wrote bad about company

Stay away from WeightWorld

Stay away from WeightWorld.
I placed an order #55649465 a month ago, and not only did the shipping take longer than parcels from China, but the order also arrived incomplete.
As soon as I opened the package, I could see that one product was missing. I recorded a video immediately and contacted customer service. They apologized and told me that the missing item would be sent out.
Weeks passed and nothing arrived. After contacting customer service again, they blamed the postal service and assured me the product would arrive within 2–3 days — which, of course, never happened.
When I contacted them once more, the support agent checked the original tracking number and claimed the order had been delivered. Yes, it had — but only the first product. The missing item was never delivered.
I then requested a refund for the undelivered product, but I received no response at all.
I do not recommend this company.
Stay away from WeightWorld.

Fake company??

The products are good, but I haven’t received my last order in 12 days, and every time I send an email asking about it, I get random replies or responses about my previous orders. I’ve sent several emails, and the situation remains the same — it seems like a fake company.

Hi I am sorry to say I cannot use the vitamins I ordered I assumed they would suit me as they appeared to free from additives that would irritate my IBS unfortunately that did not happen. I took a week off and tried again just to make sure it was the vitamins and it had the same result. Marie
