​I booked a flight through Wego with Gulf Air (Booking Reference: WF151FMGLAH26). The booking was canceled and a refund request was submitted on March 18, 2026.
​Despite waiting for over 5 months—well past the specified timeframe of 90 business days—I have not received my money back, and there has been no serious action to resolve this issue. I demand an immediate refund of my full amount from Wego and Gulf Air; otherwise, I will proceed with formal chargeback and regulatory legal complaints

I had experienced an erroneous transfer of my energy contract to an unknown supplier. I contacted wego.org.net by phone to ask for advice on how I could retrieve my contract. Their advisor immediately took the matter in hand and insisted he could sort it for me. I was so relieved as I’d contacted my original supplier and the supposedly new one but had no luck in resolving the issue of having a new contract without my consent. Wego kept in regular contact by phone and email until there was a successful outcome. The confident and courteous way in which Wego dealt with and resolved my concerns was exemplary.
