Dont assume they have a normal refund policy. They claim " Everyone qualifies for a refund! Just make sure items are returned within 60 days of the purchase date". Read the very last line of the refund policy.

"Any order of 12 bottles and above, or orders purchased during a promotion or with a discount will not qualify for a refund". They always sell their products under a promotion or discount so the refund policy that they have on their website doesnt apply!!

These are hands down the absolute best hair skin nail vitamins I've used. They taste wonderful and seem to work really quickly!

Impossible to cancel their subscription. I reached out to their customer service twice to cancel and was completely ghosted. They just sent a new order and charged me again. I had to go onto their site and delete my payment method to cancel but I am not confident that they wont find a way to somehow charge me again. Very shady

Weem gummies- hair, skin, and nails are 10/10 for me! I've noticed significant improvement in my nails, theyre thicker and growing faster. And my hair has never felt as thick as it is now. I've been taking these gummies every day for about 3 weeks now and just in that time, to be able to see improvement in my hair and nails like that, just amazes me!

My order and delivery experience was extremely poor. I even referred a friend, who ordered at the same time and they had the same poor experience. The order was delivered far outside time indicated and the customer service was very lackluster. I tried to cancel several times and my request was denied. Instead of canceling, the company decided to mail the order out to me anyway. They eventually agreed to cancel, and requested for me to be inconvienced and mail the package back. They even tried to charge me a restocking fee , if I mailed it back. This was despite being their fault and not mailing to me in a timely fashion. In addition, there is no way to speak with the company directly. You have to wait days to hear back from them, in response to an email only. I don't plan to ever order from them again, nor refer anyone else to them. It is not worth the hassle.
