J'ai commandé pour presque 20 dollars 1 paire de petite ceinture pour redresser le dos, après un mois et demi je n'ai toujours pas reçu l'article et quand j'ai relancé, l'article est arrivé qui n'est pas terrible， le gros problème est que les deux parties sont de même côté, c'est comme si vous aviez reçu un paire de chaussures et que les deux côtés sont de gauche. Impossible de les porter
Je leur ai écrit pour demander le remboursement et je vais, s'il veut retourner à ses frais cet article sans frais. il ne répond plus puis il m a demandé de leur envoyer les photos j'ai envoyé 5-6 fois, il fait semblant de ne pas avoir reçu. Puis il ne répond jamais directement à ma demande.
Aucun moyen de contacter autre que cette adresse mail, qui ne donne jamais de réponse réelle.
C est un site @ éviter !

I just read the reviews and will NOT be buying any of these glass repair fluid. I had a feeling it was not good just from looking at the video. Too good to be true. Always look at the reviews before buying.

I ordered some items in July 2020 still waiting for the products the two items cost 70 dollars i have still not received my items
When I asked them to refund my money they tell me it is the suppliers responsibility

I failed to look at the reviews before making an impulse buy. I made the mistake and now a month later, I'm still without my product. What do you know, the company is based in China. Can't get my money back.

I am so glad I looked at these reviews b4 I purchased anything from this company!! This is the second time I looked up product reviews on crap that has too-good-to-be-true advertising. This is the Worst Company I have dealt with. They are a Complete Scam, Do not touch them. Their Service is useless, They are Useless.

Terrible. No stars if possible. Was sent empty broken pot of nail gel - tiny pot with nothing in it. Continues to ignore my emails. Dishonest company. AVOID

This is just another company/person who thinks they are entitled to rip off those they despise as "rich, fat Americans". This is as big a scam as the ones in India who freeze up your computer and offer to repair it, or pretend to be from Social Security or the FBI. They will:
1. Charge you more than stated
2. Take MONTHS to deliver, if at all
3. Lie, lie, lie about when product was shipped
4. Send you a shoddy, dollar store product
5. Refuse to give refunds
They probably justify this to themselves because they eventually send something but they know in their hearts they are stealing. We have no recourse here but karma will get them in the end.

This site owners are playing dirty trick by showing you a discount of 25% at the time of check out of $45 which you don't get rather they make you buy 2 instead of 1 and you end up paying $65 . I ordered a back brace. It took months to arrive to finally realize that my L was an XS. It didn't even fit my 13 year old nephew

They don't provide any way to contact them. I'm so disappointed.

Do not order from these Hong Kong criminals..all the advertise they do is fake..I got my adjustable reading glasses and what a frauds..makes me sick knowingly doing wrong to hard working consumers and I asked about return policy and they said no returns when clearly they said you can return in 30 days..what a rip off..do not waste ur time and fall for their lies..shame on you..if I can report your company as fraud I would but there in Hong Kong but someone please report to local authorities for fraud

This is a complete scam! Please do not order from this company. There’s absolutely no accountability for you getting your product after you spent your money. Customer service was rude and indifferent about my order. I ordered a product almost two months ago and till now I have not received it. I was suppose to receive it within 3 to 6 weeks...
Now that I am inquiring about my product or requesting a refund they’re talking very unprofessional and not taking any responsibility for my product whatsoever and telling me that I cannot get a refund. It appears I’ve basically just been scammed!

If I could give this organisation less than one star, I certainly would. Purchased adjustable glasses which took months to arrive and are absolute rubbish, totally useless. Avoid this seller, do not even consider. They are an absolute scam.
