Good team work

When I placed an order, it was communicated well, when the delivery was expected , but because of an unfortunate incident with the delivery vehicle, the order could not be delivered,
The Wedtrend team was very clear and given a choice between a refund or more time to ship the order, I chose refund , and the full refund was promptly done within the next 3 days,
I really appreciate that the team was in constant communication through emails .

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. They took a month to arrive, in the meantime, thankfully, I ordered another from a reputable UK company. When the dresses arrived the fit and quality was disgusting. It was going to cost me £40 to return them and they offered me £40 to keep the dresses, which are of no use to me!! I wish I'd have read the other reviews before ordering. This company should not be allowed to advertise and get away with treating people like this. I've lost £100!!

SCAMMERS,Not a UK company

I ordered from this website,Thinking it was UK based,I order a green halterneck dress,looked fab on their website and my style of dress,Was going to a hospital ball and needed to look good,so I order a size 6,I was showing a couple of people what,I ordered and girl continued to tell me,this company is not UK based and their stock is shit,So got myself in a panic,so I decided to buy a different dress ,from different website,Club london, I had ordered the dress from webtrend a week before the other 1,low and behold,The club london dress came first,beautiful dress and beautiful on ,I was happy out,A week b4 my ball the webtrend dress arrived,and All I can say is,Thank god I order the other dress.
A 100 euro for pure crap,I ordered a size 6,It was more like a size 12and the Quailty was crap,The packaging it came in was crap,No label or instructions how to run it,It was Awful,and when I looked at the label where it came from it was China,PLEASE,PLEASE PLEASE,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS SHIT QUALITY,SHIT EVERYTHING,I have tried multiple times to ring and email this busines to help me with sending it back to no avail, Im at the loss of a 100 euro,because of this company,I would highly recommend to stay away from WEBTTREND CHINA,not UK,AS ADVERTISED

Quality is terrible and the dress looked nothing like photo or as described.
You have to send back to the US to get a refund which costs more than the dress. Terrible company to deal with, no customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!

BOUGHT COWBOY BOOTS. TOOK 3 weeks to arrive. When they arrived. The boots were not as described. Not the same colour. Shape. Size. They refused me a refund even though from time of delivery and refund request was 30 mins because of hygiene reasons stating they don’t refund shoes. No where in there refund policy does it state that. DO NOT BE SCAMMED.
THEY ARE CHARGING SO MUCH MONEY YOU THINK YOU’LL BE GETTING A GOOD PRODUCT don’t be fooled

This company should not be used

This company should not be used. I ordered a £109 dress for an important work event. There should have been sufficient time with their stated shipping times but the dress did not arrive for 21 days. The dress arrived after the event. I was forced to buy another dress from John Lewis. Wedtrend refused to provide a full refund. The offered me only £40. When I complained again they said I was over the time limit and refused to provide anything. When I asked for the email address of the CEO to write a formal
Letter of complaint, they refused to even provide this. I’ve never come across a company with such appalling service and disregard for their customers. I would strongly recommend not to trust them for your important event and just buy from a trusted high street retailer. I certainly would never consider using them.
